Went for a run and looked down halfway through to find my the top of my feet covered in blood. These shoes are so narrow (as everyone else has mentioned) that if you're not careful, the edges dig into your skin and leave behind cuts.
Won't be recommending them to anyone and hopefully Zappos will stop carrying them until they fix this issue.

Description states has adequate arch support , even the New Balance site says a similar thing. Upon opening box I saw no arch support at all.
