Poorly made and dyed. My daughter wore these for a couple hours and returned with black ankles. The dye from the ugg boots had discolored her ankles. She has had the exact same color/uggs in the past and this has never happened. To be paying the same price or more, I expect better quality!

Bought these for my girlfriend less than a year ago and one of the soles warped itself inward. I sent them back for warranty replacement and was told it's not covered

I never got my boot because an error on the address that I know I didn't do I had to wait so long to get my money back then on top of that I did all my money back that I paid you shorted me on the shop and handling that was like 30 bucks and you pretty much ruined my little girls Christmas. So no you suck!

Aparently it is a 'thing' with the die staining your feet. Why not do something about it???

Product seemed to be loose in all the wrong spots. Stitching could have been better. Doesn't seem very waterproof. Expensive boot for no real reason, other than the logo.

The color was so faded

The top just stays split wide open. They brush up against each other. The bow doesn't tie, it's just fixed so there is no tightening.

I've purchased UGGs for years and cannot describe how disappointed I am right now. I have old UGGs to compare these to and the difference in quality is just horrible. These new UGGs feel cheaper than something I could find at the dollar store. The fabric is flimsy and cheap and absolutely awful. I cannot believe the amount of money I spent on boots that feel like trash. Do NOT waste your money on UGGs anymore. Go find a different brand. I buy a new pair every year and this will be my last. I'm appalled that this brand would do this and think their consumers wouldn't notice. These don't feel like they would even last two months. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Thought it would be the pink online it's definitely not

I was only able to wear these a few times in 2 years because the back is falling down and you can't see the bows since I have them it did I that it was my first pair of Ugg and one of my biggest regret and I've tried everything to not make it flip but it doesn't work. Don't buy it or choose an other model.

Loved them. for the 5-6 wears I got out of them when the back ripped completely at the seam. Very disappointed as they were comfortable and cute but poorly designed and constructed for 200.00 +

This style boot looks very sloppy no support on ankles

Once I insert my feet into the boot the form of the Ugg change . These don't feel new they feel like someone has already worn these and you guys just cleaned them up and sent them out . These cost too much money for them to feel this way . Do better Uggs

they are too small i got the wrong size

I've worn these boots Mayne 10 to 12 times and because it's outside the 12 month mark they won't warranty or even fix for a fee! So disappointed in Ugg in general but these boots w the bows are faulty because of where bow is and sheep slim just tears DO NOT BUY

Just didn't like it at all! Returned them! Toe boxes need to be wider and deeper and not so much fluff in the toe box area!

The fit it to loose on one side it pulled apart

The stitching was off on the boot. When I tried to exchange, there were no other boots. Made it feel like they sent the defective one they had hoping no one would complain.

I was very upset on how hard it was to put on my shoes i ready had to push me feet down and pull the sides of the shoe to put it on not happy about that i only put the shoes on twice and the second time the back to the shoe ripped i was not happy about that as well i will never order these again

One boot looked perfect and the other boot was missing a significant amount of Fur on the top. Also the boot with the missing fur was also bent out of shape. Definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm going to return asap!

I adore the color/finish of the boots, however, I couldn't get them on. I typically wear a wide width & these are only sold in medium. I bought a full size up hoping it would be ok & I couldn't even get them on.

I ordered twice and both times I had to send back books are irregular and the quality is terrible very disappointed the stitching was badly done.
