They seem great however I used the size me advice from the website to choose my size and they are way to big, like they seem bigger than most other shoes of the same size. Now I have to choose between keeping my Cash back and exchanging

Fit was extremely to big. I bought a 9 few years back and they were snug. This time I got a 10 and they are way to loose in the width and way to big for my foot size. Very said experience this time. I also bought a 10 slide with the strap and they were way to tight and to small.

I have bought numerous pairs of UGGs over 8 years. I was given this pair for Christmas 2019 and within the last 3 months they have ripped in multiple locations on one boot. For how expensive these shoes are, they should be lasting me multiple years like previous pairs I've owned. What a waste of money. I'm extremely upset since they are now unwearable at only 3 months old.

Covered in many stains that are very difficult to come out

They need to make them a little easier to put on

I love this boot, it is beautiful!!!! But I haven't had this boot for half a year and the boot ripped in the back. Very disappointed and I have friends who have experienced the same thing. I do not recommend.

The tongue in the back falls down on the right one and on the left tongue RIPPED so honestly these are a no go for buying again

I dont like this at all i bought this thinking it would fit perfect when it arrived i tried it on way too big a wide on my feet i wear size 10 with narrow feet it looked like a big carpet rolled on my feet there goes my Christmas gift to myself its going back .

I ended up not liking the shoe at all

I find that with this pair of uggs and the ones with the two bows that the top folds down and you can't see the bows

I like the original UGG Kids Mini Bailey Bow, the logo is much more noticeable. I mean don't get me wrong but if I am gonna spend the $$$ on brand name boots I want them to show!

I got the ugg boys bailed with two bow ties in the winter months and it got a hole in 31 days! I have wrote a letter to complain about the quality and the fact that I had to go through so much to get a new pair. This is my second survey and I am just going to reiterate that I won't purchase another pair of UGGs. The price I paid is outrageous but thought the quality would be better than it was and that I could wear them for a lot longer than I did

They feel like they was made poorly, my previous uggs seem much steady, the sole seem thin, not impressed at all!!!!!!!

The Right shoes has a problem inside and I feel a bump inside. I am going to send a complain to the customer service and the warranty service. Unfortunately I can't add an image since is inside and it is only possible to feel it only wearing the right shoes.

Cheaply made...quality of the product has changed. I was very disappointed in the product. I returned it the next day.

One shoe was stained and it's been a circus trying to exchange the shoes because it's out of stock. Very disappointed and a waste on $$$$
