If I hadn't purchased these directly from this site, I would honestly think they were fake. I usually love UGG boots because of how comfortable they are and how easy it is to feel and see their great quality. Unfortunately, the pair I received does not meet those expectations at all. They don't look or feel like good-quality boots. When I wear them, I can't wait to take them off because they mess up my socks, push them down, and make my feet hurt. What's even more confusing is that my daughter has the same boots in the camel color while mine are black )we got hers 2 years ago) Hers look much better in quality, and she says they are extremely comfortable. Mine, however, do not feel like real UGG boots at all.

Boot is too wide at the top. It is a winter boot. Snow should not be able to fall into it so easily.

boots are great after a week the back of the boots start to flip down and it covers the bow and make the shoe look tacky i will be returning

Before even putting on the boots notice stray strand in the stitching possible missed stitches size is not true size

But it wasn't the right size then I went to the store they had to get them shipped I told the lady to ship out a certain color it came and it was black totally not what I asked for but I'll make it work.

Arrived with small black scuff, on the light sand color. Cute boots though

The quality of the product is very poor,compared with the same product years ago.

Super cute however... Single mom trying to keep up with trends for my daughter - don't mind spending the money on quality brands, but after wearing them 1 time, the bow fell off and I didn't allow her to wear them again, hoping to return/exchange them. I reached out and sent pictures and never got a response regarding this issue. This was back in March, and I recently reached out again bc my kid wants to wear her nearly 200$ uggs. And I recently purchased 2x slippers sooo is ugg willing to help rectify this ?

ima keep it short and simple right when i got them out the box the back where the bows are do not stand if that makes sense there like dropping down and i have no idea how to make them lift i've been searching on everything and have found no solution.

I got these for Christmas and returned them. The color is beautiful and they are soft but absolutely not worth the price tag. They don't feel durable at all and aren't warm.

i love the boot but it stains and scuffs so easily like at this point it's not really worth the price

One boot came bent so I've been trying to straighten it out to look like the other. Fur isnt as good as other boots I feel. The bows would be cute if they werent bent as well.

I loved these warm & comfy caribou boots until they got ruined. I thought these were supposed to be water repellant & that any dampness from grass dew would quickly dissipate. After the toes got damp from dew, I spot dried excess moisture with a cloth and assumed they would dry out normally since they were slightly damp, not soaked. Not a chance! The toes are now 2-3 shades darker and permanently stained & discolored. It wasn't even raining! It was dew! I'd upload a photo but there's no option in this review to do so. Expensive mistake!

I love Love LOVE color! And when this lilac colored boot was offered, I jumped. And I'm disappointed. I wanted a colorful boot and purple is my jam. A colorful boot to keep my feet warm and toasty on cold, frigid days and nights. And when I got them, they're not the sheepskin-lined boots I thought they were. And the bow at the back keeps my pants leg up and snagging in them and is uncomfortable.

Complete disappointment after buying these boots. The threads stuck out at the seams and after 3 days they dispersed. We turned to support - we were denied a cultural uniform. And after the first snow they began to look terrible.

I ordered a size 8, my feet look huge and it's too loose. over priced, not worth it.

These boots turned my feet black and could not get the stain off for days. Also feet sweat terribly in these. I don't have these issues in my other uggs.

My boots were to little had to reorder and the second pair was to big! I'm a size 8 and had to get a 9 the color was old and light! Not brown enough very unhappy with this purchase

They are a bit hard to get on I would like more arch support They are nice and warm

Back of boots bend down and doesn't look flattering. Wish I went with different pair. Boots are comfy though

They became stained and discolored on the very first day when exposed to minimum moisture

I own 4 other pair of size 8 UGGS and for some reason these are too big. One foot is so big my heel slips out the back. The other foot is better but not great. They feel like two different size shoes. None of my other pairs fit this way, especially when new. Not sure what's going on with the classic UGGS.
