Do not place any orders with this company

I'll never order from the website again.

We have sent the boots back to be exchanged.

These are poorly constructed. To pull them on you have to tug on the material in the back and after having done that a couple of times the material is all stretched out and curls over and then the bow is no longer visible. I will never buy these again. Just an all around bad purchase!

These ran a whole size smaller than her Bailey bow 2 or they where not sized appropriate by UGG! Wrong tag etc . Cute but I ordered the two bow like her others when returned . The one bow looks like it could cause a sock sliding issue as well . She has 3 other Bailey Bow uggs all size 8. Definitely something isn't right .

Received the boots and the UGG Australia was uncentered on the back of the boot. When I contacted corporate and customer service I was told to return the boots to have them exchanged. Which will take approximately 3-4 weeks for me to receive my new boots. When asked if they would expedite the shipping i was told no. I feel as if this is very unprofessional of UGG Australia and i am extremely disappointed in the quality of the boots that were sent to me. I feel as if more could be done and a screening process should be done in the future before sending a customer merchandise that isn't up to standard.

They came with a hole in them. So I can't wear them, and I have tried contacting ugg multiple times. I have not gotten a response back. Very unsatisfied with this purchase and boot.

The quality is very poor and I feel like I'll be getting them replaced again shortly bc the front seems to be ripping again

Its really annoying to hear them squeak after paying so much money for them.

Okay product

When i first bought my first pair i got them damaged the bottom of the shoe was coming off. I really think they are cute and my children love them but wish they weren't damaged when i got them.

I wore these boots about 20 times and the whole back area by the heal ripped!! It happened shortly after a year so there is no warranty I guess. Poor cutstomer service, I am very unhappy with product!
