I purchased the boot two months ago, they were supposed to be black and they are no longer black. I'm returning them.

I have been a long time Ugg customer, but these are the first boots I have bought in black. I have only worn these 3 times, but the last time I wore them they got wet in the rain and black dye was everywhere. The boots themselves are discolored now and unwearable. I will not be buying Uggs again.

Doesn't address in description either. I needed larger space for entry. had to return them. so sad.

I have purchased boots from this company in the past. One of the booths I purchased had a side opening with overlapping flaps and a tie. This permitted additional entry width. So, this picture implied that to me. It was a wasted effort because my high instep requires a bit more space to get into the boot, which did not happen because this is sealed shut basically.

Get the product together

I was walking one day and the whole entire shoes fell apart and only had them for less then a year

First off, I ordered the wrong size boot for my DIL; the exchange from size 9 to 8 was easy & smooth and pkg was received quickly. But the 2nd set of boots are not smooth black, they're two-tone/streaked & look funny so my DIL can't wear them.

I love the color but there to big in the process of returning them

I absolutely loved the shoes but they were too small.I followed the process for an exchange for a size up (7).I filled out the paper work and got my QR code and returned them .My order was placed 2/2 I returned them 2/5 and it's 2/27 and I have no update haven't heard from them since then .Not trying to come off like an angry customer but I just wanted the shoes a size up and it has been no communication on the status of me shoes or etc.Tried texting the chat but they respond late and then there no email to email them -not a good experience

I could not fit them. I had to give them away.

Couldn't get my foot in the boot

The size was way off. All my other ugg boots is an eight and they fit just fine. These are not. It seems like they have the wrong size in them.

Left Boot ripped and my right foot is bigger than my left.

Something is different. I've had 4 pairs of Uggs and they felt very different. The fit is different and the fur doesn't feel as nice. I returned them. Really disappointed.

The fit of this boot would be good if I could get my foot past the curve. I never had this problem before, but the last 3 pair are all the same.

Mines were too big

I ordered the fog Greg show and that's not a hat I got at all. It was more blue than anything. I probably won't order off the site again just get what they have in stores because you can actually see the color.

I ordered uggs and they sent to a different address

It was ordered as a 6 and came as a size 7.

They stained my gfs feet black and her white socks black
