This is my go to shoe! I do everything in them.

The shoes wore well and had room in the footbox! I wore them on two Caminos in Spain the lug soles were all I needed for traction!

Good traction, durable hiking shoes that don't show the wear of many miles. Shoes were a tighter than normal fit, break in helped some.

Great shoes!.. These are my 5th pair. In my opinionThe laces really suck.within a year the outside lace covering will wear through.the inside core is strong but they will not stay tied & you will spend much time retying them. I haven't found a good replacement color for them .But the shoe itself is very comfortable & lasts me a long time. The sizing is perfect for me (the wide size is just right) I've done the grand circle tour out west, Ireland, hiked the Tetons and Yellowstone (for a 68 year old guy).and this next pair is going to Italy April 2023,

I generally like the Moab and have MANY. this time, the fit is a little off. I had this happen once before (I order them on line). I don't think there is very good quality control; alot of variation. But it is an excellent shoe.

I like the uppers and soles. This is my 3rd pair. I do not like the insoles. I replace them as soon as I buy them. The insoles flatten too quickly and the arch support is not much.

These are great shoes. I mostly use them for around town as my "dress-up" casual shoes. I like the stiff sole. They provide great support. For hiking I prefer mid-height because they stay on my foot snugger. They are Merrell, also.

My third pair of Merrells over 10 years. I took them underground while we explored caves.

Great product and fits well. Minor issue but insoles seem a bit thin in the ball of the foot area.

I wear 12s in every shoe size, but these 12s are a hair too big. Which yes, is comfortable, until you go on a strenuous hike. My feet sliding around resulted in some very painful bottom of feet on the way down. I did Grandeur Peak the other day, and my feet were killing me on the way down. I also slipped on a rock about the size of my foot All that being said, they are comfortable shoes and better than regular tennis shoes. Maybe next time ill try an 11.5 and see how that fits before using them.

Very comfortable and is a true fit to size, my only complaint is the shoe strings constantly come untied due to the material they are made of. I'm constantly having to retie

Shoes appear darker in real than in the picture. Picture of shoes has a faded look, very misleading when you get the sneaker in hand and compare what is displayed and what is actual. Great shoe otherwise

First pair of Merrell shoes ever. Really liked the feel and arch support as well as the grip these shoes gave. I'm using them for disc golf and walking trails. First time wearing them though they stained a special shoe given to me as a gift and I don't know if that's going to wash out. That's disappointing.

Love the styling but wish the insole was more comfortable.

Great shoe, just not a 5 star. I have worn the Moab for many years now. Several versions and colors. They hold up well and the uppers last forever. The sole is very grippy on wet surfaces and trails which is great for mountain hiking. The style is perfect for casual to work to just getting outside. My one complaint is the insole is crap. Hard, non cushioning, and lacks support. Compared to most other shoes these wear like a oldschool boot. They are desperately needing superfeet to make them great. Merrell, step up your game on insoles.

The right shoe seems shorter than the left; my right big toe tends to touch the end of the shoe.

Very light, good for walking through trails in Europe. Left shoe was a bit tighter than right on foot arch, but would recommend.

This is, at least, my 8th or 9th pair of Ventilator. Obviously, I like them and they are a great shoe. Just as the company promotes, they are typically comfortable right out of the box. With this last pair, however, I have a small issue with the right heel that caused me a blister while out of the country just a few days after receiving them. I hope this is just an anomally and not indicative of any manufacturing changes. I'd be mortified. My 4 stars would be a 5 without thinking, if i had not experienced this issue. I intend to replace this pair with another pair of Ventilators as they seem the best fit for comfort and durability for me. Hands down.

They fit well. They have not changed the last, problem with my last no merrel shoe. Wish they were a little more durable, but I think that with every shoe. I have a farm in Oregon, so they are outdoor every day.

I wear these as my everyday shoes. Very well built and sturdy. When walking downhill, my toes do press on the front toe of the shoe. Another size up would be too big. Overall, though, i like the fit and build.

Have worn Moab ventilators for over ten years. Worn while working overseas in Afghanistan and have worn them walking the Camino de Santiago twice. Also for trekking around Thailand and Cambodia.
