Very comfortable out of the box and very supportive footbed and ankle. I hike over trails that have mostly large loose stones and I kept rolling my ankles on hikes. That no longer happens with these stylish and comfortable boots.

They are in brake in mode, getting ready to visit Moab and other national parks in Utah.

Got the Moab Mid Ventilator after taking our new puppy for daily walks through wooded trails. Regular running shoes didn't cut it. These were perfect. Very comfortable on first use. The wide width was able to accommodate my painful bunions and provided excellent support and comfort. These worked out so well that my daughter purchased a pair, and my other college aged daughter is saving up to buy a pair. Overall, excellent purchase.

It is so nice having the option to purchase hiking shoes with a wide width...instead of having to purchase a half size larger to get the needed width....and dealing with the extra length. The fit is amazing. The arch support is superb. And the added stability of the higher boot is perfect.

Wore the boots for the first time on a 5 mile hike through slot canyons today. The only thing not sore at the end of the day were my feet! Love these boots! Great traction. Can walk over small rocks comfortably. No break in period even needed. Wow!

Super comfy and just what my wife needed for hikes in the woods. She is currently 6 months pregnant, so the light weight and traction are added benefits.

I received my Moab 2 Mid Ventilators today and went for my 3 mile walk, once again, no foot soreness or rubbing. Whenever I wear Merrell's, they feel good as soon as you put them on! This is my first pair of boots, I wanted some for our Wisconsin winters and my walks. I wear my Siren's into the ground because they're so comfortable so knew I needed something new.

Very comfortable hiking boot. Lightweight with a supportive heel and wide toe box. Just enough ventilation which allows feet to breath yet keep them warm and comfortable in cold climates.

Great fir for my wide foot. I tried the regular width but hurt after wearing for a short time so got the wide 7 and very comfortable

Fit perfect! They are wide enough for very wide feet, which is always a problem for me buying shoes.

These shoes need no breaking in and size is accurate. Very comfortable and good ankle support.

Extremely comfortable as I stand on my feet all day at work and love these much more than my sneakers.

I placed these boots on as soon as they arrived! No need to break in first..They were very comfortable from start to finish. I hiked about two hours the first day and I was so impressed that I wasn't sore or tired! I wear these casually on occasion, but I mostly wear these hiking, camping or fishing. I also love that they are waterproof..no issues so far and I have worn them about a month.

I work 12 hour shifts on my feet, and from the first shift these boots felt like they were made for me. No break-in pain nor issues. I have peripheral neuropathy in my toes and most shoes will start the tingling and burning but after three weeks of use, i have not had that problem with the Moab Mid Ventilator. And I wear a10 1/2 wide and my friend actually commented they made my feet look smaller! Very satisfied with these!

Warm dry and great support on intermediate trails - comfy from day one

Absolutely love my hiking boots! Perfect fit. They feel like bedroom slippers. Broke them in during a five mile hike but trust me they didn't need any breaking in. I'm also a newbie at hiking. I loved them so much I ordered 3 more pair for Christmas gifts for my family.

These boys are fabulous. My 2nd pair of these boots. Most comfortable hiking boots I have owned. I wear them casually sometimes also and they are comfortable all day. Will purchase moabs again and again.

These are so great! I've bought two pairs of wide and two regular width. We all love them. Very comfy and your feet don't get too hot. Pretty good traction on the trail.

First time I wore it to go to 6 hours hiking, it's comfortable.

That's what I needed these boots for and they deliver!
