I have long skinny feet and struggled to find hiking boots that fit. Merrill to the rescue! Not only do they fit well they are supremely comfortable. I wore them hiking in Badlands National Park and they were perfect.

Great shoe, perfect fit, felt comfortable from the very first hike. I'm a wide, and the D width was just right.

The shoes were fantastic to travel in & always looked sharp. Very comfortable!

Great boots! I got my first pair last October and they wore really well. I hiked over 700 miles in them, most of it on the Appalachian Trail in Pennsylvania, which is notoriously rocky and hard on footwear. They held up great so I bought a new pair last month, and also got the exact same boots for my teenage son. He loves them too.

My boots are light, and they fit perfectly from the first test walk around the block - no pinched places nor poor seams. Liked them so much, we bought the same shoe in a men's version for hubby, and he had the same great experience. Machu Picchu here we come!

This is a stiffer boot than some similar brands and that was a bit of an adjustment. However, it is very comfortable and definitely waterproof.

I bought these to go hiking in Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, Maine. I agree with other reviews I read, they are comfortable as soon as you put them on and don't need breaking in. The arch support is great and in the right place. I honestly think they are one of the most comfortable shoes/boots I own. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Great boot, super comfortable. I live in Tahoe and they hit it hard on a few hikes no break in. Woohoo

I bought these for a four day backpacking trip, and only walked in them for an hour beforehand. They were absolutely perfect despite the constant use and strenuous terrain. At times the soles lacked grip, but overall they did well on slippery surfaces. I never felt skin discomfort and my feet and ankles were well supported. No complaints!

These are the only hiking boots I've found that actually fit my wide feet. They broke in quickly, and will come with me backpacking in Yosemite next week.

I love Merrell hiking boots. Have been wearing Moab mesh style all summer. Great stability for rocky hiking trails and not overly warm. I wear my regular 7.5 in most Merrell styles, but seem to be between a 7 and a 7.5 in Moab boots - my only "complaint"! Saving these new Mid Waterproof hikers for cooler weather.

Took them on their first outing Sunday to a local state park. We are going to Bryce and Zion in early October; will update. Very comfortable!

Nice warm and comfortable shoe. Has good grip and can be worn all day.

I did a moderate hike of 5 miles for my first outing in these shoes. The hike was moderately technical with crossing streams on logs and some climbing over boulders. The shoes worked great!

The last two pairs of boots I've tried have left my feet aching and with blisters. When I saw that Merrell offered a wide width, I knew I had to try them out. From the first mile to the end of my hike, my feet felt comfortable and protected. I've finally found my new favorite hiking boot!

We ( my dog Samson & I )hike in the Rockies. We cross the creek in couple of different locations. I stay FOOT DRY and completely comfortable in this boot.

No break-in period...wore for the 1st time while hiking in Costa Rica & super comfortable with no blisters. Highly recommend!

I love these boots. I am hiking in the Alps and wanted a boot to accommodate wide arthritic feet. I was amazed how comfortable they were out of the box. I was so pleased there was a wide width option.

I love these hiking shoes! The mid length gives nice ankle support for rougher terrain. I can walk through high grass and my feet stay nice and dry. These were comfortable right out of the box, no need to break in before a longer hike.

I was looking for a lightweight, waterproof boot for motorcycle riding. My husband and I ride a lot, but we often stop to walk around different places. Motorcycle boots were great for the ride, but not the walk. These Merrells are perfect! Added to my already extensive collection of Merrells. Happy feet!

I love my Moabs! I lost a previous pair that I bought to go on hikes in Colorado and the protection is top notch. I have wide feet and these shoes fit perfectly and aren't too uncomfortable.
