I have worn these boots three times and got wet feet each time. They are NOT waterproof - what a rip-off.

The shoe felt extremely comfortable ...As I walk the dog in snow I need wool socks then the shoe became too tight in toe area. I felt like my toes would start hurting if I kept them but they are an excellent shoe otherwise. The fact they are waterproof is a huge thing for me.

These are cute and the cushioning is very comfy. The uppers are a little stiff but seem to be getting more comfy the longer I wear them.

Lots of room for my toes to wiggle around! These should work great for my winter hikes.

These turned out to be great! They arrived EXACTLY when I needed them, right before the first snow storm of the season. Warm, comfortable, and cute.

These are nice boots. Unfortunately, I have to return them because they don't fit. I need an 11.5. For some reason, either the manufacturers or shoe companies only offer full sizes for the most part after a size 10.

Very nice looking hiking boots! Can’t speak to waterproof aspect yet. Good arch support. I normally wear size 9, and purchased a 9 wide due to having a bunionette. I’m glad I did—no rubbing on the side of my foot. Took off one star for comfort because I would have appreciated a bit more cushion in the forefoot like other reviewers have mentioned. However, this will be easily fixed with an insert. Love them!

I love these boots. I got them at the end of the last cold season so wore a couple weeks then and am back into them now. They are WARM and COMFORTABLE. Differently from many boots these are designed so the tongue stays free of the boot and therefore does not rub or pinch--brilliant. I took out the insole and put in an orthotic arch support and that fits perfectly. The waterproofing is good, flexibility is good and they are warm and cushy from toe to ankle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I bought these to travel to Ireland, because I knew I would be on my feet a lot and wanted something both rugged and comfortable for all the walking, hiking and sightseeing. They go great with jeans and sweaters.

These were a gift for my daughter who loves to hike. She just received them but from just trying the boots on she said they were very comfortable and had plenty of room in the toe box area. She also tried the Newton Ridge Plus version but they were a lot more narrow and felt too snug on her foot.

I was disappointed that the shoes were definitely used, albeit lightly, they did have wear and a small 1/8" stain. They should have been marked "as is," and let the customer choose if they wish to pay full price for a used product. Most disappointing as a consumer.

I just love these boots. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal size as I had recently purchased another pair of Columbia hiking boot that ran small. These fit perfect with room for a thicker sock if needed. I wore them around the house after they arrived to break them in but there was no need as they were so comfortable right out of the box. The first time I wore them I had no issues at all and they aren't bulky or heavy. They are attractive too and I received many compliments. You cant go wrong with these!

Hiked all over Switzerland in these without breaking them in first

I purchased these boots to wear to Ireland, where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking and/or hiking. They were comfortable, even though it was warmer weather than expected. I wore them almost every day!

This is a great hiking boot. I normally wear size 9.5 wide, I got 10 wide in this and it fit well.

Love the shoes but going with the warmer, insulated item I purchased in the same order. These would be great for Spring, Summer, Fall hikers or walkers on rugged terrain!

Phenomenal boots! I wore them with no break-in period, out of the box, hiking Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, upwards of 15 miles daily for a week. The only things that didn’t hurt at the end of the day were my feet! I wore them with thick wool hiking socks, which got a bit hot sometimes, but no blisters and comfy, dry, and warm. Too good for the price!
