Very narrow across the ball of my foot. I ordered wide, but not wide enough. Cute shoes. My search for comfortable hiking shoes continues.

I tried this on and it was supposed to be a wide width, it was narrower than many non wide width shoes. VERY stiff upper too. I returned it.

I got a wide and it was hard to tell if they were really a wide. I am looking for a comfortable boot for walking 3-5 miles per day. I put these on and my feet said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

They fit true to size. Laces are hard to tie tight and yes, the shoe does crease hard where your toes crease. Might get worse when hiking. Not sure I'm keeping them yet for that reason. Rest of the shoe is nice and price is good.
I'd also recommend:

Was excited to see boots in womens wide here, but they still run quite narrow. Wide width feels more like standard width. I have returned, no way they would be comfortable on the trail.

I really like the look of these boots. The red laces are a nice pop of color. These boots are very light weight which should bode well for long hikes. For the price, the quality is decent. Ultimately, I decided to return these boots because I needed something more substantial for long hikes and backpacking.

These went back. I have a narrowish 9/9.5 foot. I tried both the 9.5 and the 10. 9.5 fit better than 10. These shoes are really cute. I got the zinc/coral. But they are so stiff that I found myself walking like a robot around my living room. NO flexibility.

I've had Columbia boots in the past and happily worn them out. Others have mentioned the crease in the top of the toe box on these and that was a huge issue for me too. Took three steps and put them back in the box, knowing that crease would not go away. They also felt a little wide, but I have a narrow foot. Very cute style, and a good price.

They look well made and would have been a 5 if they fit. In Length they are correct. However, these are sold as "wide"; They are not wide. They are also small from top of foot to bottom: crushing your foot down. Ouch.

Stylish and not too heavy for a hiking boot. Length ran true to size, but the wide width was not quite wide enough. Room for an orthotic if needed.

Unfortunately these are not actually waterproof. I wore them to clean up a basement after a flood and my socks got drenched with sewer water from the seam between the leather and the sole. They are also very stiff and did not break in well even after wearing for numerous day hikes. They’re very cute in that rugged kinda way but unfortunately fell short of the mark for me.

I went to my local REI and tried on an 8.5W in Danners, Columbias, and Keens. Columbia was the least comfortable of all of them but the cheapest so I returned home to order these as REI did not have the color/model I wanted. They are very true to size, I cannot believe the numerous reviews stating otherwise as I wear an 8.5 across the board in all brands. But, they felt like concrete. I know there is adjustment period and breaking shoes in especially leather but these were just over the top hard and didn't move with my foot at all. Most boots and shoes crease and bend at the base of the toes but not these, not even one slight little wrinkle. Also the sole is rock hard and very uncomfortable, even with my cushioned Smartwool hiking socks. I am returning and going with the pricier Danners. You get what you pay for, I should know this by now. The only thing these boots have going for them is they are cute, a cheaper version of the Danners.

I wanted to like these boots, but there is a ridge in the toe area that scrapped the skin off of my foot when just walking around the house. There could be more padding in the footbed. Back they went....

The piece of leather around the lace grommets pressed into my toes whenever I took a step. Couldn't walk without pain. Immediately returned. They were cute, though.

I have a fairly wide foot, but never so wide that I've had to order a "wide." In this boot I would have to go up a half size and definitely order a wide. This is a hiking boot. I would expect most hikers wear hiking socks. This boot fits me with a nylon stocking. Crying because I have to return and can't reorder because the size I actually need, is now out of stock. Not a happy customer.

I bought these about a year ago in a rural town because my company was paying for my next work boot - I work in the conservation field. Unfortunately, there were no womens work boots or mens sized small enough for me, so I went with these. They've actually served me well in their early life, but I'm finding that they don't hold up after a year or after heavy use. My feet and especially toes often hurt after my 10hr work days, and I get blisters after 6 miles of hiking, which is my main breaking point for these shoes (that's not even a very long hike). I can also usually feel how hot the ground is in these. Coupled with the exercise warming my feet up, feeling the heat from a sunny trail makes these shoes uncomfortably hot. The waterproofing is still pretty good, but the tongue of the shoe is permeable. All in all, good for casual users, but they don't hold up.

I love these shoes but ordering them online was a huge mistake. I thought these where women’s and I even did research and went a half size larger than usual per other reviews on how snug they are and when I received them they fit two sizes too big!! It’s like they were a men’s fit! I went out to Academy Sports and bought the same exact pair and size and they fit perfect so I have no idea how it was “women’s” 10 but it was a very upsetting experience. Won’t buy online again. Cannot trust online shoe sizes! The only plus is Zappos shipping and returns are amazing and super easy. I do appreciate that about them and the wonderful customer service they gave through the return process.

These boots were so comfy at first wear. However, first hike (easy 4 miles fairly flat) and my right ankle bone got deeply bruised - still tender to the touch 2 weeks later. So sad I was really hoping these were going to be my new go to hiking boots.

Zappos sent clearly an used set of hiking boots. There was soil on the sole, packaging materials were a wreck and contents were a mess. Very disappointed in Zappos customer service. This pair was sent in an Amazon box which was crushed as well. Service Rep said Amazon bought Zappos which explains a lot.

Seriously. I bought these for my daughter. She's worn them a dozen times, the sole is barely even scuffed, yet the suede is already opened up on the toe joint of 1 boot. (Ball of foot) Cheap product. Not well made. Get these for a 3-4 time use but consider them trash otherwise. The warranty is a joke as well. 60 days so long as not been worn/ used at all. (Makes it a wee bit difficult to determine quality. I mean, how hard is it to say there's nothing wrong if all you do is look at them). I've made my last purchase with this clown group. Columbia footwear....what a joke. Superior joke of a warranty. Don't be fooled. This is where to NOT shop.

The left and right boot did not match in appearance or fit. One toe box was rounded, the other square. The right boot was measurably wider than the left across the front of the foot and at the heel. Very poor quality control.
