I loved them for the first wear, but after that they began to get a creased. They don't look to pretty after that.

First Time Trying This style Uggs. Don't think I will but these again. The material wrinkles easily. They just dont seem stiff enough (for me). They are cute though, and warm. Im not sure if I would or wouldn't refer the product to a friend. I'd tell them that hey have to try for themselves.

Really excited when I got this boots, looks really good and very comfortable, but I was really disappointed when I found out the discolored for one rain. I usually am very careful about all my UGG boots, so I don't were them when it is raining. So this discoloring was really making me upset. I brought this boots because of this water resistant. I submitted the email request for exchange and see if this is covered under the warranty. I am still waiting for the response from UGG.

I wore these boots during the winter to school and for casual wear. Make sure to keep them looking nice with the ugg protective kit. It really makes a difference!

I love these boots they are comfortable and keep you warm. I only had one issue and that was that the button on one of my boots fell off before a year was even over.

Bought these for an upcoming winter trip. These boots are so warm and comfy, but not made for those with wide calves. With my skinny jeans tucked into the boot, the top elastic can barely loop over the top button. It's stretched to the max and I'm afraid the elastic will break. I wish these were made in wide-calf sizes. I love these boots otherwise, still debating if I should return them.

I've always bought BearPaw but wanted to treat myself this Christmas and buy real Uggs ...after wearing them 1 day, I put them on the next day and it felt like it was standing on a mound of something, upon further inspection, the inside footbed of the boot was so uneven. I don't feel that should have happened after 1 day of wearing and spending over $200. Maybe it's a defect in the construction? Wonder if this happens a lot. I was so excited to have a pair of Uggs , and now I won't wear them since they're so uncomfortable now with the way the footbed is

I bought a new pair to replace ones I had had for years. The size 9 rain smaller, the opening around the calf is smaller. I thought it was me until I read other reviews. Will be returning.

Pretty disappointed just bought the black pair and the right feels like a whole size bigger than the left boot the left boots even tighter around my leg you can see a gap around my calf on my right leg to where there isn't one on my left debating whether I should return them or not don't want to return and then have the same problem with the next pair

So I have about 10 pair of UGG boots. This last pair of Grey Triple Button was such a disappointment! The lining in the inside of the boot is so thin you can barely feel it. Also around the leg feels tighter The quality is going down and I will not buy again.

This was the second attempt at UGGs. The seams are very noticeable when the boot is on. Even with socks, there are spots of the lining that are not consistent. For the price, they should be nothing short of amazing. The quality went down considerably when they started manufacturing overseas. I do not want to support a brand that does not make quality products. This was not about a name for me. I thought they would be way better than they are. Zappos was not the issue. They arrived in a respectable time, even over holiday shipping delays, on Christmas Eve! I am very happy with Zappos, just disappointed with Decker's UGGs. Thanks for trying Zappos!

I purchased both my wife and daughter a pair of boots for Christmas and they loved them....except they could not enjoy them because they were mis-sized....even after following the ridiculous steps to figure out their sizes as you do not want to follow the sizing system that has been proven and set in stone for shoes and boots for years. Thankfully your customer service department was fantastic and we were able to return and re-order hassle free. My suggestion to get 5 stars....follow the standard shoe sizes for men and woman instead of trying to reinvent the wheel to make everyone happy.

I have been wearing uggs since 2007, when i bought my first pair. I got 2nd pair in 2012, and they lasted me 10 years. 2 weeks ago I buy this black pair. First two were light beige/camel color. Idk if its the colored fur, but it is not real sheeps wool. It is clearly fake fur. Also, they are a half size smaller in length and smaller in circumference. First 2 pairs were size 10, and fit perfect, this black pair in 2022 is tight. They are not as comfortable as my first 2 pair. Stiffer footbase. Ugg, you cant cheapen the quality of the materials, and charge the same price. Ffs.

These Ugg boots have dropped in quality over the years. They barely lasted a season, whereas in the past I was able to get at least 2-3 years' use from them. The shearling lining is thinner and stiffer than it used to be and the exterior is more prone to staining and tearing because it is so delicate. I used to order Ugg boots as a staple every fall, I am second-guessing that decision and will not be ordering again.

Upon opening my box and taking my boots out I noticed that the front of the boot had scratches on them. I proceeded to take the other one out to find it was just as bad. These are brand new boots that are a bit pricey mind you so I was disappointed to say the least.

The first order came with one broken bottom, I returned it. The second time came with all of the bottoms perfectly but with a mark on the front, I returned it. And this 3rd time I ordered it from a store and it was so horrible (the worst). I don't know if I should do it a 4 time or if I will not be able to get one perfect. Very sad!
