They're really warm and comfy. Only down side is they get ugly with any bit of water and they start to wilt rapidly.

My Uggs were stollen from the gym so I ordered another pair. I didn't remember what size I had so I ordered a sized 9. They arrived and were too big. The exchange process was easy and the size 8 arrived promptly. There was unfortunately no 8 1/2 option. The size 8 was too small. If there was an 8 1/2 I would have not returned them. I am very unhappy at not having those Uggs in my closet. Heartbroken in fact.

The boots are soft and comfy. However, I am very disappointed with the buttons. Very expensive boots to have the buttons falling of on the 3rd day of use. I would suggest a friend to get another model, rather than the these with buttons.

Loved using them for commuting but purchased the 9 and they are too big. The 8 was really tight. I usually went with size 8 in the past and they felt good, I know they stretch. The 8's in this boot were too small. They are flopping off and dragging which doesn't feel good for walking, especially when you want to walk fast in NYC. There must have been some changes in sizing/shapes. Go with the size that feels good knowing that as they naturally conform to your feet there is nothing else like them!

These are really cute and comfortable. However, after a while the top part starts to fold down so if you don't mind that then they are really good. I just put a safety pin in the back to hold it up in place.

I purchased these boots last winter and wore them for a few months. They are already fading. I wouldn't recommend the black color if you want a lasting boot that's warm and also stylish. Very disappointed and don't recommend black.

Where you button it, by the top button the boot flaps over. It's very annoying that it folds over and does stay up.

Bought these boots for my wife and she loves them. However, the customer service at this company is absolutely awful. In the future, I will spend my money where I feel appreciated. Not with Uggs!

I tried this boot on because i prefer longer boots than short length but i noticed that i tried on a size 7 and it fit me fine but it sort of wrinkled around the ankle area as if it didn't fit me. if i would get a size 8 it would fit me big.

I liked these but unfortunately I didn't like that after a while the tops fold down !

I've owned 2 pair and both pair had buttons pop off.

I LOVE my UGG boots. The first pair I had - not so much - I wore them a couple of times and two of the buttons fell off. I returned them and after 2 weeks I received a new pair. So far so good.

The first pair was ripped. I sent back and got a new pair one size bigger. These were too snug, so i sent these back and am waiting for an even larger size. Its for my daughter.

Boots are cozy, warm and comfortable. The sole is slippery on wet surface or snow. Only acceptable to use on dry, cold days when is likely to keep dry and clean.

I like the boots but a day or two after I ordered you had a 50% off sale and the same boots were half the price. Wish I would have known about the sale and waited the day or two .

I like the buttons on the side and the color. I am frustrated after two weeks of wear, the stitching has begun to unravel. This is not a good ratio of money to durability/construction.

I love these boots as far as comfort and look. The problem I have is wearing them. I put them on with jeans and they act like a grip on my pants leg, pulling it down. I have the tall baileys without the buttons and it doesn't do that. I've tried undoing a button or two and it doesn't help. So I have a new pair Uggs just taking up closet space. ;(

The boots were very nice. The exchange process is very slow with little or no help from your customer service people.

They came with loose buttons and a couple of marks. Wanted to return them but they no longer have them on the website. She wants the boots but either I have to get a new color or a whole different style.

You guys stop the birthday 39% discount wowwwwwwww. I'm really bummed about that.. I don't like the points system... I look forward to that 30% discount every year

I love the fit. It is very comfortable. It feels and looks very nice on my feet. However, I was disappointed with its quality. Some of its furs on the back has come off and it looks obvious. The other pair's shaft is longer than the other one. I am a very meticulous buyer. I expect comfort and high quality for my money. This is my first UGG purchase. I will not be returning it but exchanging it for the exact the same one and I shall see if it will meet my expectations this time.

I have to say it is very comfortable and warm but the "stain proof and water proof" wear out pretty quick. Mine stained 1 week after I got them

These boots grab the legs of my pants and twist them around when I walk. Not sure what's different... none of my other pairs do this and are the same size.
