these are my favorite pair so far! it doesnt get any better than the triple bailey button! wear them just about every day in the winter!

I bought this in the grey and its really pretty. However, after a couple months, the boots started to lose its shape...they slump down...i still love them though

I love that this product is so warm. But will say I am one who is cold most of the time and when I wear my boots, I totally will not wear socks, stockings etc. as I will get too hot. I can wear them all day to work (8 hrs) and when I come home my feet are not hurting from discomfort. I love the customer service and the return policy. I have had my boots replaced before due to a seam rip. I sent them in along with my info sheet and they returned to me as new. I will buy this brand again. But will say, the cost is very high.

My first pair where Bailey Bows ( Tall) I loved them! I bought these after the other one were falling apart. I don't find them as warm. My toes are still literally freezing in them and the side with the button don't stay closed so a Breeze come through. Kinda I'd disappointed for the price

The shoes feel very light weight almost as if they aren't real uggs! The quality is mediocre and they get dirty too fast. I expected better quality out of the purchase for the price I paid

I wasn't aware how ashy the black would be. I wish it was a BLACK BLACK material. It looks more gray then black.

I buy Uggs all the time but this pair did not measure up. I expected more sheepskin in the toe area. I guess it can happen with quality control but for the price point I had to return.

This pair of boots is really for home use. It is not designed to walk long distance. There's not enough sole support. I was a little disappointed at first but then accepted its limitation as "keep your feet warm and cozy at home only", then it was alright.

I love the color but once I wore them, something was off. The boot fit comfortably but as I said something was still off. I can't return the boot so of course I'm keeping the boots. Try on in store before you purchase.

I love these Uggs they are always comfortable. I recently bought some brown ones and they are great but the black ones I bought a few years back faded at the top and I could never get them back the way they were. I used the Ugg cleaner and they look terrible now, I only wore them a few times.

They are very warm but wear them in the snow and they will get stained even with the overpriced protection spray. Selling mine for a pair of warm boots that I can actually wear in cold weather conditions without ruining.

Unfortunately we had to send them back because they wouldnt fit my legs. Maybe consider making a wide legged boot! I love UGGs but can't wear them for this reason! However, they were right on top with our refund! We put in for it the day we got the boots in the mail, the next day shipped them out and a few hours after shipping our money was returned back to our bank!

UGG really needs to figure out their sizing. I normally wear a size 9 in closed-toe shoes. All the review said to size down one full size-which is the only way you can do it because if you're wanting a half size, it doesn't exist with UGGs. So, that's what I did. The size 8 was too short and I imagine the size 9 would have been too loose. I think they need to consider creating half sizes if they want to appeal to the masses. I'm returning the pair I got and won't be purchasing the 9, as I'm sure it will be too large. Meanwhile, I also ordered UGG gloves and all the reviews said to size up, which I did-to a Large (in women's) but I'm not a big person, nor do I have large hands. So, I have to think there are many women who couldn't purchase them just because their size options are so limited.

I been buying uggs since 2009 and let me tell you I received mine the quality was not the same one was thicker than the other one from the inside the material felt odd and thin compared to my previous uggs... I needed them because of the ice and snow we got and I was doing an event outside... if it wasn't for that I would of return them right away but I needed some in my feet to keep me warm at least... but I'm extremely disappointed at what I received not ordering online again... I'll just buy them at the store to check the quality and not get surprises

Ugg has changed this boot up a little. The quality doesn’t feel as great as it used to and the sizing has been changed a little. I’ve ALWAYS fit perfect in a size 8 in these boots and now they’re snug, and a 9 is too big! I went to a department store to see if it was the same there and that’s how I know the 9 is too large. I’m so disappointed because this was a replacement for a pair of ugg Bailey buttons that I’ve had for 10 years! My chestnut pair I purchased 2 years ago fit perfect in size 8 and feel of better quality also. They need to offer half sizes if they’re going to adjust their sizing!
