I wear this product as comfort wear in cold months

I have the short version of these shoes, I initially bought them to wear on the cold days in Canada as it gets really cold. The shoes cannot be worn when it snows as I realized from observing the result of this from other people, that a white residue accumulates. So I was careful not to wear them in the snow. But, as usual I cleaned my shoes with the cleaning products to maintain them after a couple of uses. Usage of the ugg cleaning products as much as is suggested, leads to eventual drying of the shoes and what you get is a dry crust like shell of what was the initial state of the shoes. The ugg customer service engages you in senseless emails and communication. I am very disappointed and I'm glad that the local Heel Boy retailer I bought the shoes from did not stock the shoes this winter and that The Bay has only a limited supply. DO not buy these shoes if you're looking for longterm shoes, they are basically for aesthetics and the name. Sorels are a better brand or any other brand. I also own the rain boots and switched to Hunters. I am no longer buying uggs. Waste of money.

Got them as a gift for Christmas and so far two of the buttons has fallen off.... Won't be wasting money on these again.

Do NOT buy this boot!! One of the buttons came off of my daughters boot and Ugg does not offer or provide a way to get a replacement button. After trying to get responses from Ugg customer service for well over a year about the button, they had me send the boots (on my own dime) back to them so that customer service could "evaluate" the situation, and guess what, I was told they wouldn't do anything about it since the one-year warranty had expired and they sent the boots back with no fix. After this experience, UGG has lost me as a customer FOREVER!! We own multiple boots, slippers, purses, etc. and I will NEVER buy anything from this company EVER AGAIN and I will tell EVERYONE I know about this experience. So long Ugg. They are much cooler products out there with much better customer service departments.

As I opened my Christmas gift from my husband I knew something was wrong, the UGG boots sent from the factory were not true to size, extremely lightweight and the lining is thin and sparse.

I have bought 12 pairs of Uggs over the years. I LOVE them! I got my first pair in 1995 from Australia. I wore them forever with no issues. However since about 2005 all the Uggs have bought have had fatal issues within 6 months of buying them. Not realizing I could return them, I just threw them away. This October I was at a shoe store, they assured me that if my Uggs didn't last, I can contact Ugg for a return. I didn't realize this all these years. I decided to give Ugg one more try. I bought a beautiful pair of the tall brown Bailey Button boots in hopes they would last. Well, within 2 months the Bailey Button boots failed. The leather ended up with holes in 2 spots and the fur is hanging out the outside of the boots. I am really disappointed in the quality of such an expensive shoe. I contacted Ugg and received a couple replies telling me they can't help me. I am very disappointed in this company. To think I have spent well over a thousand dollars on shoes that fall apart if you actually wear them regularly... and the company won't even bother to stand by their warranty. Goodbye Ugg!

I bought these boots after waiting for them to have my size. When I finally got them they looked worn and stretched. I have other boots from ugg including this style in a different color and I love them, but this was very disappointing. The button was also scratched up. These boots were clearly used as a sample because one of the boots was stretched out and hanging over the sole and the other fit fine. I sent them back and bought them elsewhere. Shame. They were on sale but I never expecting that sale meant used.

I returned it because 1.it's too big size 6 is like size 7. 2.The one they sent me have defect on 1 of the insoles. Insole was shorter than the bootts. 3.keep in mind that the insoles on these Bailey Buttons are not removables.

When I ordered my boots I ordered based off of the size chart on the web site. I have wide feet and need to wear a 290~5ish when going off of the Japanese size chart. What I got was a mix label of information US 12 UK10.5 Japan 285 They did not fit

I loved these boots but after only having them for about 6 months they started getting a hole in the toe. For the price I thought these would last a lot longer.

Ifeltin love with them whenI got them. After mow even a year they start having small holes on tge front. My other ugg boots have never done this!

The boot fits once on, however, it is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to get the foot into the boot. It seems that this particular boot had the ankle seam sewn too small. This is not just a poor fit, it's a manufacturing defect. These boots are fine boots...just that this particular boot is defective.

I just got these boots for christmas, I wore them one day and the strap to the middle button snaps off. I can understand if they where an older pair but this was the first time wore this and for the price of the boots I am not impressed.

THE QUALITY OF THE MANUFACTURING STINKS. BUTTONS ALREADY FALLING OFF. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS TOO.

now the elastic has popped free on the top button.. worse pair of Ugg boots I have ever had. I regret purchasing these boots

The interior of the boot is a wool blend that is laminated on to the outside of boot. Not the Uggs i once knew.

The fur is fake. I have bought Ugg products for decades. The boot is stiff and not soft. Fur is a wool blend. Awful. So sad to not be able to purchase real Uggs. Buying Kookaburra boots now.
