The first order came with one broken bottom, I returned it. The second time came with all of the bottoms perfectly but with a mark on the front, I returned it. And this 3rd time I ordered it from a store and it was so horrible (the worst). I don't know if I should do it a 4 time or if I will not be able to get one perfect. Very sad!

I love everything about them BUT they were torn at seam when I got them and don't know how to exchange them

Well really my wife liked it because it was a ugg product but day one some of the fur inside was coming apart so we glued the lineing back on and then we noticed one of the buttons was comming off it had one thread going thru it this is not the quality we expected at all please make this right with us

They weren't as comfortable, and durable. Yet, they could've just been defective. Two stars for return, Ordered new ones hopefully they're better! fingers crossed!

This is my second pair since Christmas 2016 that I've had and the seams keep splitting. I had a pair for 8 years EIGHT and never once did this. I'm super disappointed in the low quality craftsmanship. I'm so irritated that I don't even know if it's worth it to send them back again just to get a new pair that splits.

I've only had these about a year and a half and I've had a seem on the side come undone and now it split right in front where my big toe is and tore about a good inch. I wanted a pair of these forever and honestly they are very warm and I loved that about them but they are not geared for places with Ice as they don't have much traction at all. I'm an adult so I took care of these the best I could (didn't jump in water puddles or play out in the snow with them!) I even bought the care kit with them and they looked in great used shape so I have no idea why they just started falling apart. With that said the amount you pay for these boots I would not recommend them or even buy them again, just not worth it in my opinion :(

Use the product in the winter to stay warm and dry, but look very stylish as needed for work. Great choice of materials, but the stitching looked very cheap and was imcomplete. I have bought much less expensive boots that have been delivered with no such flaws and been made of much more durable stitching especially on important seams.

I tried on about 10 pairs of these Uggs at the Natick Mall in Massachusetts. I was ready to pay over$200 when i walked in as these were the pair i had wanted for a few years. At the store the display pair was falling over at the ankle and wrinkled. I thought it may be from multiple people picking it up and looking at it. BUT when i got my size from the back they were doing the same thing. When I put them on they automatically started wrinkling at the ankle. So i asked for a brand new pair that had never been tried on and it did the same thing. I asked for different colors and sizes and they all did they same thing. In the end, I walked out without purchasing them. I also saw several other people trying them on and they all did the same thing except for one 10 or 11 year old which they looked great on her. I had my last pair of uggs for 10 years and they are just now wearing out. I expected these would do the same but they did not look like they would last 1 month. Sorry, UGG you lost my business on this one.

I love Uggs but why do they have to have such big buttons? on the kids I understand but grown folks with buttons? hmmmmm

The boots feel way too hot inside; It feels suffocating. Other than that they're very cute.

My 9 yr old came up to me asking if she could buy uggs, as all the other children at her school wear these. I said okay, let's check it out, and went online with her. But I am shocked by the price of these- spending 200+ on one pair of boots? This is ridiculous. Children especially who expect this luxury are very lucky. She has had them for almost a year now and wears them all the time during the winter. But really? I just wish the prices were lower. I didn't even think about buying them for myself because it is just too much.

Poor quality

Definitely not what I expected, I literally thought I got used boots. The color was faded and they had dead grass on both boots. They crease really bad on the inside part where my ankle is. Not impressed with the quality.

I have 5 Ugg products and this one wasn't as good of the quality as my previous purchases. Less thickness and runs smaller than usual. But love love Ugg shoes. They are the best.

They're so expensive for no reason. So quick to get them ruined. size are smaller

After having these boots for only 3 weeks they look like I've had them for 3 years I'm very sad

This is my 3rd pair and these are a different sole.. They are super slippery which is not great for a 76 yr old. Just slipped yesterday and landed on hip and elbow and now this review pops up. Nothing broken but now I'm afraid of the boots:((( please don't change a good thing!

These used to be made in Vietnam. The product page still says they are made there, but the shoes that arrived to me are made in China. The product details are incorrect and disappointing that UGG moved their production of this shoe.
