Did not like them. The bottom was really hard and thin. Felt like I was walking barefeet on concrete. Too wide for my calves and kept rolling down.

they seem nice as oversized slippers indoors but i need something that is good for my feet for all day comfort and support/walking too

The inner lining feels very thin, not like my other Uggs

The size and fit was great but the quality was cheap. The inside of the boots has faux fur. My previous boots has the real deal. I am returning them. I will try another store to see if this is a Zappo issue or a manufacturer defect. I am greatly disappointed.

I have worn Ugg boots for years. These Ugg boots that I got are terrible. The material is very, very thin. Nothing like the Ugg boots I currently have. The soles on them is very thin as well. These boots are now made in China and they are nothing like the original Uggs. In addition, the fur inside was very thin and was coming off, not good. The fur on Uggs should not come off at all. Unfortunately, I returned these boots.

I ordered these needing to replace an old pair of Uggs I got many years of use from. While researching the current Ugg selection I found that the lining is not the same anymore. I found this pair has the Pure Ugg (or whatever they call it) which is the natural sheep fur lining. I also found a couple pairs I wanted to try from the company Cloud Nine Sheepskin, which has some options that look like they are made to compete with Ugg. It was not even close. The Cloud Nine boots have much thicker, MUCH SOFTER, lining than the Uggs. The Ugg lining is now so scratchy and gross compared to the heavenly lining on the other brand. These boots are going back and I can say with confidence I am no longer an Ugg buyer. It looks like another company got too big for their britches and decided to bank on their name instead of quality.

I ordered these boot from here before and never had an issue but this particular order was terrible. They sold me fake Ugg boots. The material was very thin and wore out after 2 times of wearing the boots. The box had pieces of birthday gift wrapping paper still on the bottom of the actual shoe box which leads me to believe someone must’ve purchased and sent back. I am very upset these boots aren’t cheap

Boots are too wide and NO ARCH SUPPORT. For the amount of money you paid Boots should have support. Feels like you feet are on the ground, horrible!

It’s not a real ugg . Artificial fur . I saw reviews with the same complaint at Amazon, that why purchased at Zappos. Still fake. Will never buy anything at Zappos again
