I love the brand but i can not believe that broke in the first use, with my dog's paw. I was playing with my dog like i do every morning with diferent kind of shoes and nothing like this ever happen before.

Went to the UGG store and my husband got these for me for Christmas. One boot fit and the other wouldn't even go on my foot. They are made different and not as soft as my older ones. They are more stiff. When we returned them, the lady at the counter said the same thing. They're more a LOT of people saying this in line and returning boots because of it. Heyyyy, UGG make them like before, so I can continue to buy UGGs.

I used it three times, and it look worn out. Very cheap quality

Quality has gone down. Feels like an old payless shoe.

the shaft diameter was bigger, like 15 inches not 13 inches as your customer service stated. have been wearing uggs for 35 years till now. had to return them a/c could not get my foot in them. good bye ugg sorry to see you go.

I bought this Shoes, There's said made in Spain, But when coming is made in Vietnam. It's make me disappointment!

I wanted to love but...color and quality not good. Felt and looked cheap. Sent back.

Is too small and I am unable to exchange it

I've got so many pairs of uggs sized 8. No issue before. These were too tight around ankle. Length and width of fort are perfect.

I bought a size 7, which is my normal size and it doesn't fit me

I purchased the grey bow uggs. I love them so much I'm keeping them only because I'm on a weight loss journey and hopefully I can fit the width then

These are really small and uncomfortable.

The color was suppose to be a shade of purple. It was gray. I sent them back

The top boot line is too tight. can not get in.

Totally nothing wrong with the boot but there was no give in the shoe for my foot to go inside. I exchanged it for the button shoe, workout much better for me

This shoe is not the same color that's shown in the photo I'm very disappointed!!!!

I've purchased size 6 and too narrow. Such a hard time to put on

The shoes were awfully wide on my feet do not like them at all

Compared to the classic uggs, I got these in the same size and the ankle area is extremely loose and it feels like they have no support when I walk. It sucks because I really like the bows on the back. I tried going a size down but it was too tight in the toes and I was worried it would rip through. For the record I usually wear a size 7.5-8 and I get size 7 in uggs.

I got my boots in the mail and the stitching was not straight. The quality was very poor, the back part wasn't cut straight. I was not happy with my purchase.

They ripped down the back Seam the first time I've even tried them on .

They were not comfortable at all
