So I purchased these boots as well as a blanket for $338.99. I used a $$. 20 "loyalty reward" and when I returned these boots this crooked company would not apply the $. 20 reward towards the blanket on the same purchase so that I could use the entire reward amount after returning these boots on the same order as the blanket. They did deduct $. 4 off my blanket cost. Thieves & clearly truly do not value their customers. Been shopping UGG for almost 15 years and have 2 teenage daughters and I will never again give this greedy company my $. .

I'm really disappointed with my black Bailey , they dye my socks and skin . Would not recommend black my grey ones are fine no issues .

The color is ugly in person

I keep receiving emails asking me about how great my order is and still have yet to receive it so maybe figure out if the order has gotten to the customer before bombarding the customers inbox with follow up reviews

These ones felt too thin like faux Ugg's. They felt flimsy and cheap compared to my other Ugg's. I love typically love my Ugg's

The boot is too small....

honestly I feel as though you owe me another pair the product was not up to pair and was not truly a size nine. This along with the horrible system to order the product and my order getting canceled multiple times has made me question ever buying a ugg product again.

Boots looked used and was not very firm, this will be the last year I pay for Ugg's

I honestly feel like I was sold a pair of faulty(fake) boots, the stitching was horrible. I can't believe that uggs really look like that now. I had to return them because they were too embarrassing to wear.......see for yourself.

While making these boots waterproof was a great idea it was not worth changing the sizing over. A can of waterproof spray is a small investment. I have had UGGs forever and worn the same size. I just received my new ones and they are tight all over - width, length, and shaft. I ordered the next size up and they are way too long to wear but loose and comfortable like past models. Please go back to the old design or offer half sizes. So unhappy I won't be wearing a new pair this year and sad I threw out my old ones

Did not expect to receive such poor quality from UGG direct. Instead of leather I received a pvc Birkenstock style thong. The quality and workmanship is terrible. Will never order again from UGG direct.

I love love loves these boots! I have been wearing them all the time, until last week when I was walking into the store and the back tab that goes in front of the bows fell out! Such a disappointment

I have purchased two different models and I could really tell the difference with quality. The only difference between them was country where it was made. This model's material looked and felt very thin compared to other. Also bows in the back are not very secure and look like they will tear and break after several uses.

These are 100% not real!!! They are fake!!!!!!! Soooo freaking mad!

I don't like how thin the material is there's no fluff to the boot the quality is not there I'm not satisfied.

At first I was super excited to receive my first pair of uggs so you could imagine my disappointment when I received it and found that the left boot was super stretched out to the point it was noticeably different from the right boot. What's really frustrating though is the fact that I shipped it off to be exchanged over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive an email stating it was received which of course gives me no time frame as to when I should be expecting the exchanged pair and I was told it was sent back 2nd day air... guess not!

I'm never purchasing another UGG product ever again. The customer service and everything in between couldn't have gone any worse.

I received these and soon as I put them on they felt different then just the normal ones. Very flimsy and light. Felt cheap. Do not recommend at all

I wore them once. And they got ruined right away! When I pay $200+ for boots I expect them to last longer than one wear. I got them on the way to the snowy mountains from the store. I wore them on a snowy day and they got a little wet. I left them to dry overnight and in the morning the paint didn't dry evenly. Some spots of these boots are super light almost white, while other spots are super dark brown. They look terrible! I wish I could attach photos. I tried researching this issue and found out that washing them in a washing machine could fix the uneven color. It got a little better but they still look pretty bad and I don't want to wear them. Unless you are planning on never getting them even tiny bit wet, don't buy these boots. I did purchase the "sheepskin & suede care kit" with my Ugg's, and I did spray them with protectant before wearing for the first time. The protectant obviously didn't work. I tried cleaning them with cleaner/conditioner from the same kit and again they still look terrible and colored unevenly. Save your money and buy boots from other brands that will last you longer.

I returned it 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my new pair or confirmation number

Scuff marks on the boots just got them and haven't worn their them yet. Poor stiching in the boots

I ordered the Bailey Bow Uggs online from Ugg Closet and received a defective pair. They had stains on them, and this isn't the first time I had an issue ordering Uggs online. The first time I ordered online, my Uggs broke apart and ripped. It seems as if the Uggs sold online at Ugg Closet are the ones they don't want to display in stores, so people don't see what's is wrong with them. I won't be ordering from the Ugg website anymore and I am extremely upset with my purchase. Why is Ugg Closet sending dirty and defective shoes? I have been wearing Uggs for years but the Ugg Closet is extremely unreliable. This is causing me unnecessary aggravation and stress.

I bought these bc i love the darker brown color. (Mole)When i opened the box i was disappointed, it is literally the same color as the "brindle" color From last year :(

I'm on my 6th pair of UGGS but realized after my last purchase this month that you have removed the classic label on the black ugg boots. Why would I pay 200$+ for designer boots that don't even show a designer label anymore? I might as well and WILL START to buy off brand pairs because what's the point of spending the money if you can't even see they're UGGS. MAJOR FAIL!! Bring back the classic white writing label on the black boots. What a shame!!
