I used to love uggs but I got a new pair as a gift and something looked off about the appearance so I compared it to my other pairs. The fur in the new ones is so dry and thin compared to before. I will be returning unfortunately.

I bought these over a month ago but just started wearing them last week and they are shedding and literally falling apart. I want a new pair or my money back.

I feel they are to much and should go back on sale

On Black Friday 2018 I bought a pair of Bailey Bow UGGs. This is the second pair in a month I bought that DON'T FIT! On this order from UGG The left foot is HUGE!! I tried to do a return/exchange I was told my order didn't qualify. Why? Don't know. A month prior to this order I purchased the same kind of UGG boot online. Same problem except the right foot was HUGE. Honestly Ugg won't help you exchange the boot. Your stuck with a bad fit. Funny thing, two years ago I bought a pair of UGG Bailey Bow boots and they were PERFECT! Loved them and still do. Now after two more orders that I can't use I will not order UGG boots again! Buyer BEWARE!

bad quality and not water resistant. after contact with water all foot was brown color. i can think this not originals but i buy on ugg.com. bow 2 not water resistant. you can use only in dry weather. Order Number: 16697645

They ripped in one week

My Grandparents bought this boot for a lot of money. It took forever probably a few months get to us and now I got them and the bow fell off. Very disappointed.

Purchased these boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Within less than a month, the top of the boot was wilting down (not standing up straight as in the picture) and one of the boots lost a button.

Got a pair for my daughter and she wore them 1 day and by lunch the soles were falling off. And then to find out they over charged me. Tried to contact the company and get no response. Over all i would give the a negative 5 stars.

I loved the style however, after 3 times that I wore them they ripped

I absolutely hate the way this boot feels and how tight it feels on my legs. This was first time and probably last purchasing from ugg

The soles on these are really slippery and I wiped out on my kitchen floor the first time I tried them on They look good and are warm but you need to be really careful wearing them

My uggs came damaged and all the fur was falling out and the shoe wasn't stitched properly

The one I ordered was wrong as in size and color I was promised at 2 day delivery got it in 2 weeks would never buy again

The stitching was so tight across the foot which, wouldn't allow my foot to slide into the shoes.

I've had these boots for a year now and i loved them until the inside lining ripped and one of the bows fell off. I inspected the bows and it looked as though they were hot-glued on.
