The color black fades out really quickly. It looks so old after the first couple of wears.

Could not get the boot on. Period. Bought same size different color, no problem. This boot, I couldn't get my foot in the boot. Returned to the store as suggested. Then told I had to wait 10 days or more for my refund. Not a good experience.

Color online shows a true light brown to beige color, when I received it, in person its very mauve purplish with dark purple bow.

It was a gift and it's cute but It's not what I actually wanted. I would have perfer the Disney Tinkerbell Uggs.

Will never buy anything on ugg website again in my life very disappointed

I ordered this from UGG. within 3 months (only worn for about a month and a half being in North Carolina its not cold enough until November to wear them) the ripped right on the seem. They shouldn't had ripped in the first place. However, if I send them in thats 3-5 weeks I won't have these boots. If I had bought them from the department store I could have exchanged them the day it happened. They shoes are adorable, however, the quality and craftsmanship on this boots are awful, and UGG really needs to get it together on their return policy. If i ever purchase another pair of UGG boots after this, they will be from the department store, not directly through UGG.

Not the best quality. They ripped in the back after only a few wears.
