I bought a pair of these boots 5 or so years ago. They finally wore out, so I purchased a new pair. The new pair is significantly lower quality. The leather feels so thin that it might rip when I pull them on. Less fluff inside. Pictures show the difference. Returning and switching to a different brand after wearing Uggs for over 20 years.

The boots slouches .. I worn them once . There are so much thinner than they used to be . I have so many Uggs but this will be my last purchase . They are not made to last anymore & the material get dirty easily . So disappointing .

Would not buy again

When I received the boots, I ran my fingers lightly over the inner lining and the fur started falling off. At this price point, I would assume the quality would be better than this. The boots look cute and are easy to style but I would not recommend purchasing due to the low quality. Customer service is also really hard to get ahold off as an international customer and they have no email link and I have yet been able to make contact with a representative to discuss the issue.

I've ordered from UGG in the past and normally satisfied but this time after opening the box maybe a few weeks later I realized the boots look worn and especially loose around the foot and calf area, so I will say this time around I'm not as happy with my purchase. Not giving up on UGG so maybe we shall see next year.

My bf bought me these shoes for Christmas and they have torn in the back where the bow is. For the price, they shouldn't have torn at all. Highly disappointed in the quality of these shoes. They're comfortable, but the quality is unacceptable

So expensive and paper thin! This pair of bailey bow's is way thinner than the ones I purchased as few years ago. Super disappointed.

The dye came off the boots every time you touched it

Why is my fur matted in my boots and they're supposed to be brand new??? They lowkey look used, like they've been worn and a new bottom was put on before they sent them to me. Definitely am NOT liking this pair.

I have Uggs from 20 years ago (that still look great) and the quality is so much better than the new ones. It's a combination of much cheaper material and the lack of thickness that make the new Uggs feel downright cheap. It's unfortunate to see a brand once know for its quality become so cheaply made.

Misleading pictures to the max. Got the bailey bow 2 as a gift but it was too big, so i exchanged it for a smaller size. They didn't send back the right shoe :/. Then i ordered these AGAIN myself and what came was so ugly. The color was NOT whats shown, the bow is small thin ribbon ( not the thick one shown on the picture or the one i got when it came as a gift), the shoe was floppy and wrinkly straight from the box, there were random spots/string on the shoe. Wouldn't recommend

I jhave owned the same boot I bought again and my left boot has what appears to be spall black beeds that keep getting under my foot and very uncomfortable to walk. I have to stop multiple times to take my shoe off and pull it out. It is only happening left boot.

Products, color was not as shown it had a dull color to it. Product material did not feel the same as older collections. Very disappointing.

The color is not the same in person. It's pretty much an all grey boot with one spot of Lilac on the bottom back of the boot. We were hoping it was gonna look like the picture and others have complained about this color as well. I don't recommend buying.

Heather lilac bow boots were gray, with just a small section of the heel in lilac. Very disappointing.

I returned these Uggs bc I bought them for my daughter and she didn't like the color.

Poor quality seams started separating within a week

They are my size, but I can't get my foot into them.

They were a size to big so unfortunately I didn't get the pleasure of wearing them and can't order the correct size cause their out of stock.

Bought for my granddaughter but too big. Had to return. Cute though.

The boots are narrow and very hard to get on. Once on they are very tight on the top of foot and no room to put you jeans in and I mean skinny jeans the ankle area is not wide at all. Back in the day the uggs were loose in the ankle area and now not only are they thin and sloppy sheepskin but tight as if using less leather to make the boots. I have actually returned 3 pair for this very reason. I will see if they are better at the store and may just go back to bearpaw or something different.

I love my other 3 pairs of UGGs and I wanted to love these, also, because they're so cute but unfortunately, I couldn't put the left boot on without help from another person. They went back. I ended up buying a pair in a store where I could try them on to make sure they fit.
