The fur is so comfy but the color is terrible. The boot are black but from the moment I took them out the box they look faded or dingy.

The material is too soft

As soon as I wore them outside in the snow, the salt got on them. I can not get the white salt off of them. The color of the boots are fading away. Very unhappy.

Ripped putting them on the very first time.. now have a chunk missing off the top.. for how expensive they are they should not rip!

They are super cuce, these are my first pair of uggs I've ever owned, I usually look for comfortable shoes more than anything & if they are also pretty it's a plus. These are with no doubt warm & comfortable & cute, however they felt no different than my Kirkland brand boots which I have been buying for years. As far as quality I can't say, I haven't owned my uggs long enough to say but for the price they are sold I sure hope they last 10 times longer than my usual Kirkland boots.

Uggs are very expensive. For that kind of money, the boots should fit evenly on both feet. The right boot is not snug at all. It's loose compared to the left boot. I've owned 2 pairs of uggs before and did not have this problem. I can't return because i threw the box away and wore the boots outside.

So my Ugg are almost a year old. I have worn then a lot. I wore them today and it snowed so they got wet. Now they are practically RUINED! The waterproof is coming off of them and it's coming off a dark brown. This happened to my moms uggs which we got at the same time and they stained hers. If i could post pictures I would. Don't buy these expecting Waterproof and Stain resistant uggs because they Won't last

Second pair of boots this color I ordered this Fall and had to return, both pairs for the same reason: The fabric puckered near the seam at the top of the boot near where the fabric meets the sole. I have 2 other pairs of UGGS in diff. color and they don't pucker.... At the price of these boots there should be better quality control.

Disappointed. I have tried other Uggs in this size, and they were fine. There seems to be a problem with the depth. Almost like the top piece of fabric is too small

I have had the boots for 2 weeks and cotton is coming out of the boot.

I was very disappointed with this boot. I am new to wear Uggs. I purchased these during the sale. I bought a classic pair and a classic II pair. Unknown to me there was a different in how the show runs. I was unable to get my foot in the shaft since it considerably more narrow than the classic. There is no mention of the size difference on the site. The only thing mentioned is they are waterproof, which is great to know, but I would assume letting consumers know the sizing is different is considerably more important. Is

paid $15 for next business day delivery, that didnt happen.Emailed about prepaid return and got a rambling message about replacement parts. bought 3 pairs of UGGS for my gf wont buy anymore

I love the style and comfort of this boot but I am disappointed in the color. The boot looks grey when ordering but it has a tint of purple which now limits me in the clothes I am able to wear them with. I would not recommend this particular boot due to the color.

Don't like this color. Will be exchanging for black. Company is user friendly.

When I opened the box I thought they looked fake! Not so good quality and thin material, I am so glad I returned them.

All my other uggs are a size 9. I ordered a size 9 for these, thinking it would be the same. The 9's were way too small and significantly smaller when I compared them to my other size 9's. I returned them for a 10, and the 10's are now too big. Dissapointed with the sizing but the boots are still warm and soft.

I really like these shoes but one of the sides has curled over and it will not reshape. It looks a little awkward and I spend quite a few dollars on these shoes to have this happen. I have small legs so this was not as a result of stretching. A little disappointed

Bought these boots, but they ripped without even wearing them that often. The back of these do not stay up, and fold over often.

Horrible. I've always purchased size 8 or 9 uggs and have had no problems in the past. But now the openings are so narrow I can't even get my foot in past the ankle area! If you're going to do that to Uggs, why not leave the Bailey button an option for a more wider opening. This is like the third pair of Uggs I have returned because of the "revised" fit at the opening.

Very small fit can't get your foot into them

I returned the black pair that I bought for my daughter for a bigger size. I received the right size but wrong color. How can a mistake happen like that considering how expensive these boots are?? Now I have to make another return, which means my daughter has to wait even longer to wear them.
