Ugg is a pricey shoe and should have 1/2 sizes. They are too loose and not firm enough

Something looks wrong with them they fit really wide and look long. I never had that experience with Ugg's before. Also, they look fake I've never had or seen any black Ugg's with the lettering the same color as the tag, and the fluff on the inside feels ruff and isn't as soft and full as my other Ugg's. Overall they feel and look fake. I'm big on detail

The fur is cheap looking and feeling and Is shedding and coming off every where honestly I would rather keep my "bear paws" their fur is thick and good quality! Unlike " ugg" you pay for the Name and it shows sorry

I'm hoping these boots will become more comfortable after I have worn them several times, but right now they hurt my feet and I can't wait to take them off. They look cute, but for $200 I would hope that they would not be uncomfortable.

These boots are very comfortable and wam, not to mention that they provide fashion as well. I'm already looking to buy another pair in a different color.

I ordered using the True Fit Chart and it caused me to buy a bigger boot than I needed. Additionally, the black was not as vibrant as I had hoped it would be. I returned it for 1 size smaller and a different color. However, when I received that one, one of the boots had a defect in the suede and now it's the first day of spring. I'm disappointed in that these were going to be my first pair of Ugg boots.

In person the shoe looks more purple than the pictures. The pictures show it being a light grey.

Im a ugg person, i buy 2-3 pairs every winter. This new seasons are made with a different quality of material and not sturdy as before. Im actually disappointed, hopefully they go back to the old material.

I was definitely very upset when I received my uggs. They used to be make so well and now they just feel so cheaply made and it's depressing won't purchase again

Absolutely LOVED them but they ripped on the toe the first year of even having them

Very hard to get on and once on they feel very tight across the top of my foot, to the point that my right foot actually started to go numb. I have other uggs in the same size that I have had for years and these are not made the same way. I assumed they would fit like my classic short boots and they do not at all. Very disappointed. I thought they would stretch some with wear but that does not seem to be working. I guess they will just sit on the shelf as decoration. :(

I purchased a pair of UGG boots in a similar style last year in size 9 and wore them all winter long. I loved them! I ordered these in size 9 as well but after a day of wearing them I realize I can wear them only with a really thick set of socks (which usually makes my feet too hot!) Sorry I didn't return them before wearing but I didn't know that these would feel so sloppy large after a day of wearing as my other pair didn't change when worn.

I got the metallic blue ones and they were a disappointment. They were way to hard to keep clean. I would return them if i could but unfortunately i got a stain on the back of the top of the boot so i cant. Beware with the lighter colors. They are extremly hard to keep clean

My fianc bought me a pair of Bailey Bow II on Jan 13th, 2019. I have used this product long enough to write this review. When I first got my shoes, I realized the tag says it was made in China, while the page says it was made in Vietnam. I sent them an email regarding my question and never got a reply. Before my purchase, I've always known Ugg company for its wonderful, warm, and soft boots, and I chose this design after reading many good reviews, yet I was so disappointed with this purchase. My main use is just to walk from my dorm to my classes on campus, for about 15 minutes, but my shoes are not soft at all. Surely the shoes are warm and cute, yet there is barely any cushion at all. The reason why I wanted a pair of Ugg was mostly because of its softness for walking during cold days. This product does not live up to my expectation, and is not worth his money at all, my fianc spent almost $170 at the time. I believe other fur boots, which are replicating Ugg's designs, can do a better job. I doubts the truthfulness of all the good reviews about this product. The only reason I did not return these shoes was because they are my husband's gift for the upcoming Valentine. I don't know how are other Ugg designs, but I would not recommend this specific design to any one.

UGG gave the wrong shipping address to UPS, the courier they use for shipments. Couldn't tell me what went wrong. Placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. Made me track down the package they shipped and made me contact UPS to smooth matters out. They messed up the shipping and refused to do anything to help me get my order. It took me three days back and forth with them and UPS to get my order.

Look so comfy

I work extremely hard for my money. In fact I slave for every penny I earn, so for me to invest in something that is supposed to last me a long time with the proper care routine, only for it to come already worn out is extremely disheartening and disrespectful. I really would a better pair immediately.

I've been wearing the same pair of classic short black uggs for 3 years. Finally after 3 long loved years my toddler destroyed them. I immediately went online to order a new pair, to replace them as I only wear uggs in the winter or I can't feel my feet. They're not the same. They feel thinner the sole is different they're not as plush and so far I'm not head over heels. I'm hoping with some wear I can learn to love them. But on most days I'm still grabbing my older applesauce covered boots over these new ones. I'm hoping they'll be just as warm come the colder months but I'm not getting my hope's up.

The product had already started folding when I received it in the mail. I opened the box and it was damaged from delivery! The sides are starting to fold down but they are very soft inside. Don't know if it was worth all that money.

This was a gift for my daughter. She loved them. However they were to small for her calves and she had to return.

I bought a pair of the classics to replace the old ones. The color and the appearance is great. But the boot shaft is smaller and more narrow, I HATE IT. It makes such cozy shoe less comfortable.
