So comfortable.....

I would definitely consider buying, heard great things.

I was disappointed to find that my right boot had a scuff mark fresh out of the box and the fur doesn't fluff out of the boot like the left boot. I'm trying to be ok with it but it bothers me when I see them.

Fit was good but the color was off. It was not pine green or hunter green. It was like a blueish green.

Please let customers know that when you put your foot in the boot expecting the warm comfy feeling of what you thought were Uggs boots, the disappointment hits you in the face like you just paid a.____load of money for a Payless shoe. Please put a label that there is less lining in these boots. Thank you!

I bought these last year and fell in love with them as soon as I got them. The only down side was the water-resistance could be better. I would most definitely buy another pair just get some water-resistant spray to spray them every month or so.

These boots are not as stable as the other Uggs that I currently own. It seems to me that all Uggs should be made with the metal "UGG" plate on the back. Those seem to be much sturdier than the others.

Very cute and mach alot of my outfits but they crease easily so its hard to walk if you dont want creases.

I like the shoes, but i don't think they're worth the cost. There should be more sales and coupons available

The boots were beautiful. Perfect fit. Unfortunately they were for my niece and they were the wrong sz and cool for her. So we had to send them back. We will re order another at a later date Thank you

Super soft comfortable and very cute. The problem I have with this style is that I can feel a lot of cold air from the back where the bows are. My classics keep my feet super warm these not so much.

I was looking for a pair of gray Ugg boots and was so excited to see these boots in the Nightfall color. When they arrived, the Nightfall color was actually purple, not gray. If you are looking for purple boots, these are for you, but they did not work for me. I am typically a size 8 in flats & sneakers, and purchased these in a size 8 and they were much too small. I would recommend ordering 1/2 to 1 size up.

They're very comfortable but they have some chunks that look bald? I don't think that's normal especially since I don't wear them all the time and this is my second week with them.

My grey pair are tight they are super thick fur I am usually a size 8 in all my other shoes but these are quite tight I would go up a 1/2 or whole size if you get them

I love these boots, they are really cute and stylish. However, I cannot walk in the snow with them. The bottoms are so slippery that I fall or almost fall every few steps. If the bottoms were a little more slip resistant I would give them a 5 star.

I love how comfortable they are. My one problem is that the bow popped on one of them but it was an easy fix.

Ugghhh.... I love these for my daughter but they're so expensive.

The bailey bow boots were pretty but when I ordered the same size as another pair of Uggs I had they were much too small. I used the enclosed return label to send them back for exchange. I tracked them on the website which indicated a 6-8 business day turn around time from my location. After 8 full business days they had not even arrived to the processing center much less been shipped back out to me. The customer service person I spoke with on the phone was very nice but was not able to offer any help regarding speeding up the process. Customer service and turn around time for exchanges is poor and the website is misleading in regards to how long it will take.

I returned these because they were a little too tight. I ordered the short ones with bows and they fit perfect and I love them

I have owned Uggs for years. I don't know what they changed in making them but they look cheap and fake. I have actually been asked if they are knock off because they look so cheap. I was hoping to get original Uggs, full and thick. What kind of fur is this? Even the inside looks like it has been made with a lot less fur. I'm sorry Ugg this quality is terrible.
