This is the third pair of UGGS I've tried purchasing this year. I am always an 8 and have many pairs different styles etc. But for some reason every pair I've gotten this year I have to literally struggle to get my foot in. The size is fine but the seam in the front is really tight with my high arch.

Fit and Size are on point, exactly what you expect from UGG boots: warmth and comfort. What I had notice is the thickness of the boot has scaled down vs. the pairs I bought 2 and 3 years ago. The density and thickness of inside fur subsided impacting my Overall rating for the quality. Apart form that color, expectation, and delivery are exceptional

UGGs are made for sitting. Absolutely no arch support.

I really hoped these boots would work out. This was to be my first pair of Ugg boots, and I was very excited to experience the famous comfort I heard about all these years. After reading about these boots running large I got the size 7 (I am a true 7 1/2). They were just slightly short, squeezing the tips of my toes, so I exchanged them for the next size up. They fit better in the toes, but the left boot was tighter across the top of my foot than the right (I didn't have that problem with the size 7's). I also noticed that the sole of the right boot was a little off, which made me feel like my foot was not placed quite right in it. I don't know if this is a quality control issue, but given the complaints of several long time customers of Ugg over the issue of diminished quality, I'm inclined to believe them. I am really sad about this because for the price you pay for Ugg boots, you expect high quality and a perfect fit. Now I don't know if I will ever own a pair of Ugg sheepskin boots. I have bought several pairs of these over the years and the sizing seems to vary from year to year. I bought my normal size, size 7, and they were way too big. In addition, the interior shearling seemed very thin. I love the look of them, and the colors this year, but the sizing combined with the thin insole was very disappointing.

I bought my last pair of Uggs like these for about 3 or 4 years ago, and I when I got these new ones, I was very disappointed that the quality of sheepskin now used is much cheaper and thinner. Definitely no longer worth Ugg's premium price. Back they go!

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, I REALLY WAS EXCITED ABOUT GETTING THESE ICE GREEN COLOR BOOTS.....ONLY TO REALIZE I CAN NOT PUT MY FEET IN THEM. LET ME BE CLEAR, THE TOP PART OF THE BOOT DO NOT STRETCH SO I WAS FIGHTING MY WAY TO GET MY TOES TO JUST TOUCH THE INSIDE OF THE SHOE. WHO WANTS TO GO THROUGH THAT EVERYTIME THEY PUT ON BOOTS. I HAD TO SEND THEM BACK ?

Have a 9 in this from years ago. Purchased again, and this 9 was tight. Going up to a size 10. Love the style!

I had some trouble with this Ugg model. It was stitched pretty tightly across the top of the foot, so that in my regular size, 10, the boot fit except for being too tight across the top. While Uggs are comfortable, they don't seem to be made as well lately. I had to go to a local store and try on several pairs before I found one that fit. This pair will have to go back.

Bought these to replace the classic short boots I bought more than a decade ago that are finally showing signs of wear and tear. The quality of the classic short ii boots is shockingly inferior, both the sheepskin outside and the much thinner wool lining. Not worth the price, so I returned them.

I was disappointed in the hard plastic outer soles. I expected rubber soles which have a much better grip. At my age, I must limit my risks of falling.

For many years I have owned 3 pairs of Ugg sheepskin boots. It seems that the lining is not authentic sheepskin at all. It's soft and limp which causes my foot to flop around and not hug my foot as it should. I have been wanting a new pair of Uggs for years. I finally splurge and I am very disappointed.

Please don’t skimp on these next winter! What a shame to think you can fool loyal UGG fans. After 20 years of wearing UGG Classics I am no fool. I skipped purchasing last year because I didn’t need them. After Thanksgiving I replaced my chocolate brown boots with the Burnt Cedar. I was relieved when I received them because they were so very close in color to my favorite “brownies”. The hide was definitely thinner and the fur had a different feel. It was not dense. I decided to keep them but in one month the insole was tamped down and there was no cushion at all. I will not be buying UGGS anymore. Deception is especially dishonest in this case. The worldwide success of the UGG company makes this disgraceful in my opinion. As for Zappos.. they remain at the top of my list. This review references the disappointment in quality and reliability.

Can't get foot past the seam at the ankle. I have 2 other pairs of UGGS and never had this issue with them.

Material seemed cheap and I would not recommend. Quality in this color was sub-par.

Returning! After reading reviews I got two pairs, size 8 and 9 - normally I wear 8.5-9. I did not see any difference between the 2 sizes, at all! No quality control?! The boots seem like they are cheaply made, they are very thin, to the point that I see an outline of my big toe when I walk in them. Also, I agree with customers that wrote about the seam digging - it wasn’t terrible for me but that means the boots are poorly made. All in all not worth the money. $160 boots should be well made and last a few years!
