I ordered the pajama blue boots in size 8. I have several pairs of uggs and always buy an 8. This pair arrived and was was to tight. My toes were so squished, I didn't think I could wear them to break them in. I called customer service and they said that the company has made a few changes to the new boots and they run a little smaller now. Zappos had the size 9 at my house the next day. They worked great. ORDER SIZE UP IN CLASSIC 2 FROM YOUR PREVIOUS PURCHASE SIZE IN CLASSIC 1. Love Zappos and Uggs!

I have always loved UGG boots, and own several pairs and different styles. The Classic Short has been a long term favorite, and after 10 years of great use with the original sand color, I decided to treat myself to a new pair of the grey color, and the upgraded features seemed to be a nice addition. I am a size seven normally, and generally wear a size 6 in the classic short. I ordered both a six and a seven, just to be sure. It turned out the size seven fit much more comfortably than the six. My foot size may have changed, the boots may have changed, but, ordering my normal shoe size worked for me, and they fit beautifully. I love this pair, and have been wearing them daily. I love that they are now stain and water resistant. I am not sure what advice I would give about sizing. For me, sizing up to my normal size worked best, but I am also aware some people feel these boots should be sized up. Either way, I love them, and I am glad Zappos has a great return policy!

This is my very first pair of UGG boots and I love them so much I need more. The color and fit are perfect. They’re so warm and comfortable.

I like UGG boots and these are no exception. I almost forgot how snug they fit when you first get them but I’m sure they’ll fit as usual in a couple of weeks. love the chocolate color .

Very basic, classic Ugg for my daughter, that she loves! We bought the "pajama blue" which is a little bit brighter than the photo, but still neutral enough to go with everything she wears. Sizing seems tricky with Uggs, as it varies among their styles; these run perhaps a teensy large. She's an 8 1/2 and the 8 fit her well. (9 were too large) Cute, fun, comfy, and trendy!

This is my second pair of UGG boots. I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable. I wear a size 7 1/2 in shoes so I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly!!

SIZE DOWN. I lamented over this, even though I have a pair of UGGs that are 10 years old, and they are a size down and CLEARLY they had stretched out over time. But when I put the size 7 on my 7.5 foot, I thought "gosh, this is a little tight" and I hate tight shoes. But they do stretch and the fur inside smooshes down, so even after one wearing, they feel perfectly snug, not too tight. And after a week, 2 weeks, a year, they will get looser. So size down. I promise. Just do it. You will be grateful you did.

The boots are unisex In size. The women’s 12 is the same as a men’s 11. I have several pairs of uggs I have purchased from Zappos. They are very comfortable and fit well. More guys should try these.

Is it true that this boot is tighter to get on initially, but if you deal with that fact, it’s beautifully snug and warm! Aswome boot!

I ordered the black in a size 7 and they fit perfectly! I am a 7 1/2 so size down if you are a half size. This is my third pair of Uggs and by far my favorite! The color and style is so versatile. And I love that they are stain and water resistant.

Bought these to replace my first pair that I bought 3 years ago. Bought the same size, couldn't even get my foot in the boot. Too small! Ordered next size up and fit perfectly. Not sure why, but sizing has obviously changed.

Everyone said to size up, I think it’s really a preference. I’m normally an 8, ordered a 9 and they’re a bit roomy but with fuzzy sucks they’ll be perfect. The color (amber light) is pretty close to sand but has a more peach undertone. They’re actually so pretty!

The fit and size was perfect for my 10yr old. She loves the color and comfort! She is tall and slender with a long narrow foot. The size 7 gives her just the right amount of space! I could have gotten a size up so she can grow into them since she is still growing, but wanted her to feel comfy n snug without it being too loose!
