My favorite pair of shoes. Super warm. When purchasing order 1 size smaller than your normal foot size

I normally wear a 7 and after reading many reviews and after 2 unsuccessful attempts with other Ugg styles...I settled for these and got them in a 7 and they fit great. I'm flat footed so of course these are flat so that can't be helped but otherwise they fit me perfect. Just hope they dont stretch too much.

I love this boot. And I love Zappos. I had some uggs that were the wrong size and they sent me the right size even though it had been a long time since I had bought the first ones. ZAPPOS, YOU ARE THE BEST!!

The Classic Short II is true to size!! I generally wear an 8 but saw several people were saying they run big (NOT!!), so I ordered the 7 & it was way too tight to get my foot past the top of the arch. So I ordered the 8 and it is the correct fit & do not think they are narrow on my wide feet. It's a little bit of a push to get past the top of the foot (I do have a high arch) but I'm sure it will stretch as they always have! ;-) The Antilope is also just as it looks & is a very nice shade! Just LOVE Zappos .. they credited my account as soon as I dropped the return off @ UPS (before they actually received them) & then I got the new ones (sz 8) in like 1 day!

Fit was good but I wanted a taller boot shaft.

I love the feel and calf height of these. I just don’t like the style of UGG’s. I was hoping these would make me love them but I know I would feel funny in them. I love the look on others just not me.

It's true the size eight is really a nine. I wear a 9 and I had to buy the 8 and when I looked at my other pair of UGGs it's the same thing they were an 8 and fit like a 9

I am a size 8 in everything I wear and I had to order a size 7. I don’t understand why so many reviews say they are true to size or that they have changed and run smaller now, because they fit me exactly the same as they did 10 years ago. There may be an ever so slight difference. Maybe? Zappos is correct when they say they run big and to order a size down. If you are usually an 8 1/2, then the size 8 will be fine, but if you’re normally an 8; order a size 7. I love these boots so much. They are incredibly comfortable and super cute with leggings and skinny jeans.

finally wore out my OG uggs! I tried some new styles (the one with the button--but it flopped down way too much). Went with the Classics and I am super happy.

UGG has definitely changed their sizing - at least for this style of boot. Be sure and order your actual shoe size. I originally purchased the UGG Classic Short many years ago in one size smaller than my shoe size and they fit snug but ok without socks. After wearing them out I decided to purchase another pair but couldn't find them in my size so decided to try the Classic Short II. I was skeptical about ordering them in my actual shoe size for fear they would be too big. I am glad I went by the reviews. I would definitely not recommend ordering a size smaller than your actual shoe size. They are very comfortable and warm for bumming around the house or wearing outside in the cold (not in snow or rain!). I am very happy with them!

Don't size down or up! Ugg boots stretch out each time you wear them and should be ordered true to size. I order these in a size 10 and they fit great! At first they were snug around the ankle but I walked my dog in them and they were perfect by the time I got home. I ordered the smokey grey and it is beautiful. Some hues of deep plum mixed with grey.

The craftsmanship and quality are on par with other Ugg boots. This boot is a little bit larger(longer) than the classic Ugg boot but the fit is still good and the comfort is the same as the older classic boot.

I've had size 8 classic short for 11 years and they finally developed a hole in the side so I wanted to replace. I ordered the classic short II and my toe rubs on the end so I feel they are slightly smaller than the previous version.

Based on the reviews, I ordered a size down. I am a size 8 so I ordered a size 7 and it fits great! One thing i learned (personal preference) is that to get the ultimate comfort level, these needed to be "broken in". I have a wide foot so when I initially put these on, they were a big snug. After the 3rd time of wearing them, they felt much better.

I usually by ugg for my girlfriend in its classic style and it never fails to make her feel comfortable and warm

If you have been thinking about buying a pair and never get around to it, just do it! You will not regret it. These are so incredibly comfortable and warm. I'm a size 7 normally so I took the advice on the description and sized down to a 6. The fit was way too snug and I plan on wearing these with socks so I exchanged for a size 7 and they fit perfect! I'm super happy with them.

This is my first pair of UGG boots and I normally wear a size 6.5M shoe. Since these are whole sizes, initially I ordered the size 6 in the Classic Short II and while it fit, my toes were just about touching the front of the shoe so I decided to try the 7 and it was perfect. There was just enough room but not too much where it could have been too big. Half sizes should definitely go up a half size. I ordered the Stormy Grey color and it's the perfect warm-toned neutral. It's almost like a mushroom color and in some lights, it can take on a warm lavender-gray shade. I love it!

Very true to size! This is probably the most comfortable pair of boots I have ever bought! You can't beat the price either! Macy's and every other store sell them for almost twice as much money. Zappos also ships their stuff VERY quick! I got the ground FREE shipping and they were at my house in 2 days! Love my new ugg boots! I recommend them+++

I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! The color in person is even better than I imagined, they go with EVERYTHING! And they are so so so comfortable. I didn't go down a size cause I like my boots to be a little loose and I'm glad I stuck to my regular size because they fit perfect. When I first put them on they even seemed a little snug but after wearing for a couple days they stretched and now feel like heaven. These boots are worth every penny & I am so glad I spent a little more with the waterproof/ stain resistant it's SO worth it. I live in my uggs for the winter and couldn't be HAPPIER with this product !!! :)
