I was on the fence about what size to order, based on reviews. My older Ugg boots all ran a little large. With no half-sizes, I had always ordered a size down. I’m an 8.5 but I ordered a 9 in these boots and I’m so glad I did. They fit perfectly. I think an 8 would’ve been too small. They’re cute and decent but I agree with other reviews that the quality of the boots seems to have gone down. They don’t feel as thick and substantial as my older boots are, despite being the same price and style. I’d still recommend them though. Just beware.

I have had these boots for years. New replacements fit differently. Much tighter over top of foot. Could barely get over my high arches. Suede felt less soft too.

Great go-to casual boot - warm even without socks and well-made - I have them in the chestnut to wear indoors only and classic tall in black.- I ordered burnt cedar but returned bc I did not like the color in person- They looked like a darker brown online which is what I would have preferred.

Love uggs but seems the quality has decreased since my last pair purchased. Just not the same, not as solid or as nice leather. Still love them but if the quality is going down so should the price. Size down 1 size. Wear a 9 and ordered a 8 and fit great.

In general, these are nice looking boots. However, the seam over the top of the ankle just seemed too tight and unforgiving. Going up to the next full size doesn't seem like a good solution, either, so sadly I'll be returning these.

I bought a pair in size 7 from a local business because I’m usually between 6 1/2 and 7 1/2, depending on the brand. Most reviews and even Zappos said my recommended size would be a 7 because they run large, but I disagree. Even when lining wears down, yes it will create room, but it doesn’t change the length of the boot. I’m toes were at the very from of the boot with the size 7. The 8 honestly feels like I only went up a half size or so, they fit PERFECTLY! There is a little room but I don’t like when they feel super tight. Also, I do feel like the quality doesn’t seem as good as the ones I got from the local store but I know these things vary.

The seam across the top of my right foot is so tight. Not good. Not sure if wider or size up is the way to go. Please lmk if u know !! Desperate! Working union square holiday market nyc and need comfy warm boots that don’t cut off my circulation.

I love Uggs for the warmth. My only criticism is that I purchased the black ones and when I took them off my feet were black. I hope this wears out in time

I have UGG of Austraila boots that have been a dream for too many years to remember. They are a women's size six, so I ordered a six. These were too small, too narrow and tight on the calf for me - definitely not even a close fit to what I had. Lovely boot, but as tight as the calf was, I did not try the next size up.

My daughter really likes these UGGs, though they are not as comfortable as her other pair, which are supposed to be identical. These are tighter across the arch than her other UGGs of the same style. My daughter has a high arch but a narrow foot, so I was surprised by this. Still, she says they are very comfortable and warm, so she is happy with them.

I love the feel of these boots. The calves are a little close when putting my feet in but once there in it’s a perfect fit .

My UGG purchase is long delayed as I did not know where to buy and price was a factor to linger my purchase. Zappos is very reasonable priced for UGG boots. Very comfortable as I purchase one size above my feet size. UGG boots keep my feet very warm during the NYC arctic winter and extreme cold. I love the overall lamb wool inner lining for warm insulation. Unfortunately, UGG boots are NOT waterproof for steadfast heavy rain and not snow proof. The fit is true to size without pitching my bunion or toes and I do not feel pain with each step taken.

These have been re-designed a bit and if you had a size in the past, you will have to go up a size. In looking on line, this is a common and known issue.

The fit and size and color was perfect ! But be careful I had to send the first pair I got back b/c the color started running off of them when I accidentally got them wet and they got stains that couldn’t come out also they faded pretty bad after being wet and that was from one time. I would recommend waterproofing them before wearing to keep them stain free when they get wet. b/c even though they say thier water resistant thier not really in my opinion. But overall great!

I order a size down in UGG Classics. I wear a size 38 Birkenstock, size 8 Saucony, and size 7 UGG Classic. I ordered the Ribbon Red color and it is not red at all. It is an awful pink. Do not order ribbon red if you want a red UGG.

I like this new slimmer style, looks much better. I wear a size 9 1/2 wide and bought the size 9 as suggested by Zappos, and I'm glad I did, because they fit great with medium weight socks. My foot measures 10 1/4 inches from heel to tip of big toe, and size 9 gives me enough room in toe box. They're not as plush as years ago, but still cute and very comfortable.

I had bought the "same" boots over 15 years ago and the quality is definitely not as good as it was previously. They are still nice and comfortable, but not as much as the old ones. The materials also feel much cheaper.

Did not even try them on as the color was more like the Sand color, not the color Mustard that I ordered. I am returning this item.

I’ve been wearing UGG classic boots for 20 years now. I replaced my chocolate brown pair from 2019 on November 23,2023. They old pair is in excellent condition but the fur is worn down and lumpy on the inside. I cannot believe how worn out the new pair is now and I do not wear them all day. I would no longer purchase UGGS now. The quality is substandard and the prices continue to rise. I wouldn’t mind a price increase if the original excellence would prevail.

They just were not the original Austrailian Uggs. Color was odd - purplish brown and the original lambs wool lining was not to be! they are styled like my old uggs (bought in 1995) yet they are not made out of all the stuff I liked about the originals.
