I am returning these shoes because they ran too short although I added 1/2 size. I read other reviews of same problem so I ordered up. I think the main problem in my case is that the toe box is not as roomy as my other styles of NB.

New Balance used to make a good shoe for my extra wide woman's feet, but they started making the EE size a little narrower about 5 years ago, which just does not work for me. And they don't make a EEE. Too bad.

Nice shoe but a little short and the EE was not very wide compared to other NB shoes.

I ordered these and 4 other pair (1 other New Balance style, 2 Saucony, 1 Easy Spirit) in my search for a pair of exercise-walkers as my last ones (Saucony) were worn out. I normally wear an 8N, but take an 8.5N in sneakers. Although this pair fit well, they felt insubstantial and cheaply made to me, but I expect that's because my last shoes were leather. But they were still a contender due to the decent fit, until I tried on the pair I ended up keeping. On an aesthetic note, I tried these in black because they didn't have my size in any other color, and frankly I just don't care for black sneakers. I ended up keeping one of the Saucony styles, the Progrid Integrity ST 2.

I usually wear a 7.5 WW in NB sneakers. In this model, I felt like it was a 7.5 M or just a wide.....too narrow in toe box and the length!

I ordered a 8 WW (my usual size in this brand). But they were way too narrow! I was surprised because #1 they are supposed to be extra wide and #2 New balance has always had ample width for me. Sending them back. Love Zappos.

I was disappointed, these shoes were as hard as a rock with no cushioning or support to speak of.

In all shoes except New Balance, I always wear an 8.5WW, but in New Balance I wear 9WW. This shoe, however, is too narrow in a double wide and there is no choice larger. Something is wrong with the outsourcing of these New Balance shoes. I hope they will choose a different manufacturer because whoever made these, were not using American sizes. I had to send the shoes back even though I thought they looked really good.

I bought this shoe in both narrow and medium width - I have a narrow foot, so I though the narrow would be what I needed, but I bought both to be sure. Honestly, I felt no difference between the narrow and medium - they were properly marked, so I don't know if there was a defect in the labeling or the manufacturing or if that's the way the shoe comes, but there was not difference. On both the narrow and medium, the outside of my foot was getting squeezed in, so I had to return them. My shoe size is a 7.5 and I did order an 8.5 in these as I usually size up for athletic shoes. The 8.5 did fine for me in the length but the width didn't work at all. While the shoe didn't work for me, I do have to say that I am extremely impressed with zappos customer support - this was my first zappos purchase and I really was blown away by their fulfillment and return process - I personally have never experienced an online seller with such great processes, so I will not hesitate to buy from zappos in the future

Really, really cute shoe, but too short. I ordered an EE width (I normally wear a W) and that was fine, but my toes are pushing into the end of the shoe. I think they run at least a half size too small.

New Balance has been progressively going smaller in length and width than other brands. It is unfortunate because it was a company you could count on. This pair is the same size I purchased a year ago but I wanted to increase the width for a little more comfort. This pair is literally narrower than the one I bought last year even though it is called a EE. I am switching brands in the future.

I bought these to replace my New balance 847v2. i wanted something a little more fashionable. However, it does not have the cushioning that the 847 had. Sadly, i wore them so are not returnable or I would have sent them back. I have extreme heel pain and it returned when wearing this shoe, even when my custom made inserts were used. If you have problem feet, I would buy something else.

Did not feel like a D width.

The soles of these shoes make a funny noise when you walk on sidewalks! Also the laces inset is a little crooked which is noticeable at the top.

I was disappointed in the quality of this pair of running shoes. It's almost as if the manufacturer skimped on the fabric/materials. The alignment was terrible - to make it even worse.
