I wasn't happy at all I order a pair of shoes and didn't get it wrong size .I waited until I a wast of time never again.I want my refund now

These were my first pair of New Balance sneakers, the sneakers runs small so the only thing was that I had to return it for one size up. Unfortunately, before my purchase I called customer service to ask about the fit and they were unable to help me. So, I purchased my true size. The return process was great. I returned the sneakers and purchase a new pair one size up. The sneakers fit great and very comfortable for walking.

I finally went up 1/2 size to give my toes a little more room. I guess this pair is now slightly too big, but I got tired of my toes being cramped. No blisters or other problems, though. Nice light-weight shoes that I walk in for several miles daily.

Bought for my walks on unpaved roads, very comfortable with adequate cusion. My only complaint is it ran a tad bit shorter than other shoes I've had from new balance.

As many others said, the length of these sneakers runs short. I have only worn them once so far. Need to try them with thin socks to see if that works better. Otherwise I might try the next size up.

I was just a bit disappointed in the fit of this shoe. Originally I had purchased the WW1745BC and it was PERFECT - the fit, comfort, etc. - when I went to get another pair this year, they no longer made them. I need a shoe that is neutral, 2EE with lots of cushion (for under pronation), with no support. I put in these specifications, and only one shoe fit what I needed. So I ordered the shoe, and it was very uncomfortable. The NB company took great care of me, and allowed me to exchange them. So this shoe was the only one I could find that was made of the same last as my previous favorite. It does have support though, and that is the only problem I can find. Love the shoe, but it is almost impossible to find a shoe that meets the specifications that I need. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Wish they would bring back the WW1745BC - and with more of a color selection for the extra wide sizes. Even though they are worn out from being worn so much for the past 16+ months, I still find myself going back to them just for the comfort alone.

I love the appearance. Despite wearing a size 10, the shoe does not look extremely large. I think this is a result of the material that is used. It has a very sleek and trim look. This shoe is very comfortable but I would like it better if it had a little more room going across the toe region. Based on my previous experience with New Balance, I was expecting more room in this area unlike some of your competitors' shoes. I don't think I need a wide width shoe since it feels great in other areas or a 1/2 size larger. My toes seem to have plenty of room length wise. I think the shoe is true to size but would consider trying a 1/2 size larger on the next pair I purchase of this style if that is what is recommended.

I have trouble with wide shoes because they sometimes run narrower in the wide size. These are true to the wide width and are lightweight.

I had an odd experience at first with this shoe. I also bought the size 8 2A I've bought for the last 8 years. I agree the toe box was very tight. Returned them for an 8&1/2. Now too long! Decided to order another pair in 8 2A. These fit perfectly!!! I am so happy with them. I walk about 3 miles daily and am 65+. I only will wear New Balance. The fit and quality are superb. The delivery is very quick and I have no trouble returning or exchanging if need be.

Order a size bigger - a half size might not do it. This shoe is comfortable for medium to longer walks - did 7 miles in San Fran, up and down hills and the Golden Gate Bridge. The cushioning is excellent.
