I love the coat, just not as warm and wind proof as I thought it would be. I do love it and love the length, I would certainly not hesitate to purchase another one for the spring and fall seasons here in Michigan.

This is a beautiful coat...I got it in silver and get many compliments on it. I think the shape of the both the coat and the baffling is flattering. It's comfortable to wear, warm but, looks great too. If I was going to change anything I would add something to the ends of the leaves to seal the warmth in . Although it is gorgeous, I'm not sure I would buy silver again...the ends of the sleeves then to get grubby looking and I'm never sure exactly how (but that's more me than the coat. Highly recommend this for casual use...perfect Mom on the go coat!

Use it when out and about and it is perfect.

I bought the same coat for my daughter last year and every time I saw it I would wear it. Now that she is moving to her own house I decided I better get my own, so I just did!!! I love the coat!!!

I took a chance ordering the teal color online. The color didn't disappoint. However decided to exchange it black or to miss metro for practical reasons. I have the 600 metropolis as well and this model does seem less warm.

Had to exchange for the large. Medium was too small even though I wore a medium for 8 years in my old NorthFace.

This is my second parka. This is the warmest jacket ever! Chicago winters can be brutal but this jacket will defiantly keep you warm. The sizing has changed in the last couple years tho. I ordered a medium since that's the size of my first one that is a perfect fit but the new one very snug. I will have to go up to a large.

I'm 5'9, 158 lbs and athletically built. The coat fits awesome and can be worn with sweatshirts. Not huge bulky hoodies unless you get a size larger than your normal one though. The only issue I have is the feathers coming out but I think that's just normal for down anything. Very cute!

Had to go up to size large. Fits way better. Original was a medium for eight years. Guess the sizes have changed a bit.

Bought this jacket for my 83 year old mom. She's 5'9" 158 lbs but shes broad so this is a fitted jacket and we had to go uo to xxl size. Normally shes a large but xl was too small as well.

Reviews were very helpful to figure out the right sizing. Very stylish coat for cold winters!

I am in and out of my car in cold weather and this is perfect.

I ordered this along with the Miss Metro Parka. I opted to return this coat and keep the Miss Metro Parka. Something about the way the squares of the coat get smaller the lower down they are is visually unpleasing to me. And although I prefer this green color over the heathered green on the Miss Metro Parka, I am not a fan of the shine on this garment. Overall, the coat felt warm and fit well. I'm sure it would be a great coat for cold winters.

I bought this coat for my wife to replace an older version of the same coat. Previous coat was 7 years old and only needed to be replaced due to an accidental tear. This quality made me return to north face. She loves the coat and the grey color. Her only complaint was that. The cut of the coat was more form fitting and snug than her previous coat. Contemplate getting a size bigger if you like room for extra clothing underneath.

Bought this for upcoming winter in the suburbs to wear casually and over my suit for work!

Great coat. I bought it because I will be moving to Buffalo. Haven't moved yet, but I hope it will keep me warm there!
