Broke these out last weekend for the first time for a 50k training run -- 33ish miles, 8,900+ ft of elevation gain -- and they were *perfect*. I have wide, square feet and typically wear Altras for the roomy toe box space. But I'm training for a 100 miler on equally rough terrain and I really want something with good grip. Great footing on technical downhills, never felt like I was going to slip on slippery rocky and muddy roots, even when after it started pouring rain. And of course, the quicklace system is awesome. Two thumbs up for sure.

LOVE THESE. They fit very snug, which prevents water and debris from seeping into the shoe. Perfect for trail running!

I have bought these shoes before and they never fail. There great!

I have actually ended up wearing these shoes for everything from trail runs to indoor gym sessions. Very easy to put on, and comfortable when they are on with a good grip. And on a less practical note, I love the colour - pink... I've only had them a couple of months but I think they'll be a staple in my trainer collection.

I purchased these shoes for the sole purpose of running Spartan and Tough Mudder races. I wasn't disappointed.

I have been wearing my Speedcross 4s for over a month now and I must say I love them! I had absolutely no break in time with them and wore them straight out of the box! I ordered size 9 (I take 8.5-9 normally) and initially thought they might be a tad tight across the base of the toes-but it turned out to be perfect. They are feather light and give great support with good traction. Love the deep blue and aqua combination too:)

This is my first pair of Salomon shoes, and I absolutely love them! I can't imagine hiking in anything else now as these shoes grip like none other.

I really struggle to find running shoes wide enough so was delighted to find these. My foot is only wide at the front but these fit beautifully. Just wish more than 1 colour available

I struggle to find shoes, especially trail shoes, because of my wide feet so when I heard about these I had to try them, they fit perfectly! The traction is great and they are super comfortable, my foot feels nice and secure and there is enough room in the toebox. Love them!
