Good shoes

Loved my shoes. Had a slight defect and customer service was outstanding in handling a replacement. Truly how a business should treat their customers.

Bought this pair for work, keeping the professional look without having to go to traditional leather. It's working out perfectly for all types of pants from Suits to jeans.

Ordered 10.5 wide and got wrong size. Sent back.

This is the second pair of the same type of shoes that I purchased, and I love it. Comfortable and elegant, as always.

I have a different color of the same shoe, which fits perfectly, but this one didnt fit me well. I am considering g returning them.

I wish Johnston & Murphy made an 8 wide. The 8.5 wide is too big, but the reg 8 is too narrow.

These look really nice and are comfy, but they are squeaky.

I have been wearing Johnston & Murphy shoes for many years. I have few pairs of different shoes that I wear to work. I was expecting the same level of quality from this shoe, however it ripped after a single wear. Very disappointing. Sent the shoes back, waiting for refund.

Returns are handled easily and and credit received promptly. J&M policies are more then fair and appreciated. On top of all that, the quality of the shoes are terrific. The first pair was too small so I ordered a pair 1/2 size larger, which was too large. I ordered a 2nd pair in the original size and they fit as expected. Unfortunate hassle but customer service was great as always. Comfortable shoe with fun style and color.

I'm trying to cancel an order for shoes that are back ordered, but your website does not allow me to do this. I sent a note and got no response. Very frustrating

Ive only worn these for 2 days so far, but theyre comfortable right off the bat and I can tell it wont be much longer until theyre broken in. They look good and I got a compliment on them from a coworker in the office the first time I wore them.

I was looking to up my casual shoe game. These had exactly the look I wanted, clean and simple. I was pleasantly surprised with the comfort, so I ordered three more pairs of different styles. All are equally comfortable. No doubt Ill order more. Great shoes at a reasonable price.
