A great shoe but the Nimbus 18 runs smaller than the 17. Need 1 whole size larger.

I ordered these for hit training. I have very high arches and suffer from plantar fascitis. I like that you can remove the insoles and put your own orthotics in. The sneakers are very supportive and have lot of cushion. Also like the laces stay put when ties. My only complaint is that the toe box is kind of narrow Otherwise a very good sneaker. Only wish toebox was roomier

The shoe is nice and comfortable. I orders a size 6 in a wide width. I find that the width does not make that much of a difference, but does help a little bit. I love the cushion that the sneaker has and it makes my feet feel great when working, going to school, or just going for a walk. All around the sneaker is nice, the blue is kind of bright, but not a bad color.

I've been wearing Gel Nimbus for years. Can always rely on size 8 (med width) fitting perfectly. Unfortunately that's not the case with Nimbus 18. They're were much smaller than they normally are. My toes were jammed up front! Had to exchange for 8 1/2 which is more true to normal fit. Other than this, these shoes continue to meet expects.

These are my 2nd pair of Nimbus 18. The sneakers are comfortable, great cushion and support. I love the fit. I switched to these sneakers after the Cumulus 17 switched their style. The heal was not snug which I didn't like. So far, the Nimbus 18's have given me all the support I need. I am sticking with these because I am worried the new 19's will have a switch in style. I am actually going to buy a 2nd pair of Nimbus 18's to have as backup.

I have been running in Gel Nimbus since number 12. I actually had the 18 in the turquoise/iris/methyl and surprisingly those actually felt more comfortable than this color. However, this shoe is still comfortable, has lots of cushion, and strong durability. The colors on these are fun and overall, these are a good running shoe.

Due to a recent development of a slight bone protrusion (bunion?) on my right little toe, I am having to look for wide width (vs my normal Mediun) shoes and sneakers so , I y=thought I hit pay dirt with these when I saw they came in wide. Unfortunately, fo me, even the wide was not wide enough. Since I loved the shoe overall (support, cushion, etc.) I decided to look at a men's sneaker of the same brand and style and bingo, that worked just great! I was able to get the deep turquoise so it feels femine enough for me. Bought a second pair to have when the men's first pair wears out. )P.S. both a friend and one of my sisters have the womans and love tham.)

Loved the feel, the look and support. Unfortunately, it's just a tiny bit too short. I wear between a 9.5 and 1 10. This was a 10, but at least 3/4 of an inch shorter in the tow than the Adidas Super Nova. Must reurn.

Although still a great shoe, the nimbus 16 still the best shoe. Feels narrower through toe box and at times, feet fall asleep when running long distance. Tried lacing differently to no avail.

I usually run in Brooks Glycerin as I supinate and have high arches but figured I would try something new. So far so good, will see if they take as many miles as the Glycerins. Ordered wide and felt good on my feet.

I have arthritis in my big toe joints and need sneakers with lots of cushion in the balls of the feet and also a bit on the wide side. I love Asics and have worn them for years but last year the Nimbus 17 was too narrow and I switched to Saucony for the year. They were the best I could find for my foot problems but they still weren't as good as Nimbus 16 or some of the GT 2170 or so. The wide width of the Nimbus 18 works for me but I still feel that there is not as much cushion, just not as good for me as previous versions. They are still the best I can find though. I believe the next version is coming out any time now, hopefully Asics is listening to customers & making improvements.

Very cushioned but I felt it was a little too narrow. Also I wish it was more flexible and lighter. It's a little stiff and heavy. It was better than my nimbus 16s though I thought. Love the cushion!

I walk on a treadmill about an hour a day and these are the most comfortable shoes I could find and I had been looking for a long time. They offer cushion and support and have a wide base.

I've worn the Gel Nimbus shoes for a few years now. These are not as cushioned as previous versions, but they are still good and sturdy. I was concerned about knee and heel pain, but that has not been an issue.

This shoe is very comfortable. Lots of cushion, toe and heel. I'm on my feet all day long everyday 8 1/2 hrs. These work well. The only complaint is they run narrow. My foot is not wide and I have to get a wide in these ones. Last pair was the Kayano light show (loved them),but they don't have much to choose from in that shoe. Zappos service was great!

I wear a narrow size and the shoe was too wige for my foot. seemed to run a bit shorter than other Asics I have tried. Did like the color though, not as gaudy as some

I just bought Nimbus 17 and now this Nimbus 18. This 18 felt slightly less cushioned in comparison to the 17 and shorter and narrower. My feet/toes were in pain after walking. I bought size 8.5 Medium in both shoes which is my usual size. I have so far invested in the Nimbus 15, (16's were awful with little cushioning) 17 and 18. 15 is still my favorite for the wider toe box.

This is my first purchase of Asics Nimbus shoes. I find them to be well cushioned & comfortable. They definitely run narrow, and more available options in my size would be nice. Overall a comfortable, lightweight shoe.

I love the ASICS Kayano 21s, but the current color selection for the Kayano's is hideous. So, I tried these as an alternative (after also trying a couple pair of Brooks, which I have also liked in the past). This shoe has the great stability I have come to rely on ASICS for, but it is no where near as cushioned as the Kayano It also does not seem to have as much arch support, though that may change after I wear them in for a while. Overall, it's a great looking shoe with good stability. I will update the review after wearing 3 months. NOTE: Order AT LEAST a half size larger than you normally would in ASICS. They seem to have changed their sizing. I always wore a 6 in this brand, and I had to go up to a size 7 because the toe box was so tight.

I do a lot of high intensity athletic training and the balls of my feet kill me so I need a shoe with lots of padding. This one delivers! I wish they had more wide width styles available in the Nimbus, but I just order a size and a half up for a good fit with the medium width.

Most comfortable shoes I've found but my orthotics don't fit in them, too high in the heel. Wearing without orthotics, but my feet are starting to hurt a bit.

Beautiful shoe but runs small. I normally wear a women's size 12 but read the reviews and decided to get a 12.5. That was too snug and now I need to take back and order a 13 which is their largest women's size. I hope that works!

fits true to size and has excellent cushion to both the ball of your foot, arch and heel. Only negative is that the toe bed is very shallow so I can feel the tops of my toes rub on longer walks. I'm hoping this will stretch out a bit and that it won't result in a hole in the mesh faster than usual.
