While the length was right, they looked ridiculous on my slim foot and at the bottom of my slim calf. Like Troll Feet.

I sometimes wear an 8.5 and ordered that first based on my last pair of Borns, but ended up getting the 8 in these boots because my feet are narrow and these need to fit snug so they dont slip in the heel. The 8 fits perfectly! They look great and are super comfy right out of the box!

Moderate to little arch support, that said, when I first put them on they were instantly the most comfortable that I have tried. I plan to keep them. Not as dressy but comfort makes up for it.

this was a really cute bootie. nice and soft right out of the box, however I have really skinny ankles (9") and these gapped way too much. I usually wear 8.5 or 9. I tried the 9 and it was a little big. I think 8.5 would be better in length but might be a little snug in the toes by the time I had socks on. might try the 8.5 but I think the ankle width won't improve much. p.s. my son thought they looked like cowboy boots. they do have a bit of that look, especially if you wore with a less skinny jean. i don't think that would be the look with a skinny jean or legging where the ankle fit tight.

These are gorgeous boots! The tendons on the bottom of my feet hurt a lot and these just weren’t supportive enough. My feet hurt by the end of the day.

I love the style of this boot, but I couldn't zip up the zippers on the back. I guess my feet are just too wide. Sad to have to send them back because they look great!

I believe these boots were worn, the left boot was strtch out compared to the right, very loose around the ankles

Appears that the 6.5 M uses the 7 M moulded base. To save costs? First clue was that the 6.5 base sticks out from considerably the front of the suede boot toe. So it doesn't make my feet any shorter than the 7 I also ordered. Looks weird and feels trippy so back they go. I kept the 7 since even though the suede will stretch over time, its what I've worn since 2016.

I wanted to love these - so much. But they are just too narrow. I can accept that my feet have probably changed as I have gotten older and I now need a wide width (D). What I can't accept is that so many of these quality shoe lines like Born do not make shoes like the Kerri in a wide width. I would have kept them but I can't fit socks so back they go.

I typically wear an 11 B (medium width). This leather bootie runs a full size too big for my feet. I ordered 2 pair in different colors that I liked. So I will be keeping the size 10 & returning the size 11 booties. I read a review at the time of my order from another customer - like me - who had ordered a size 11 & needed to exchange it for a size 10. So I just ordered two sizes to compare for myself. Zappos has such a great return process! Easy peasy!!

This is my second pair and I love the way they look, but I’m very disappointed in the quality of the soul and heel (for a second time!). The heel wore through way too quick for as much as they cost. To big in the heel and one shoe felt larger than the other. Sad, because they really do look like a pair of shoes I want!

I need to return these boots b/c they don't have enough arch support for my feet plus I' not a fan of the color.

I normally wear size 7 in Born but these were so narrow and very long. They are going back. Thank you Zappos

I have ordered several Born shoes and love them. I ordered my normal size but these were long and narrow. I wish they came in wide sizes because they are exactly what I was looking for in style. But these are going back because of being so narrow that they hurt. Not the normnal Borns that can be worn out of the box.

I'm an 8 1/2 true and true with Born, but all the other reviews are so right on - buy 1/2 size SMALLER, or, if you're wondering - use the wonderful Zappos return method and buy both pairs and return one. I bought the 8.5 and was shocked that it definitely did not feel like my size. Bought the 8 and they felt perfect, albeit maybe slightly snug. This is day one and I'm sticking with the size 8 as they've already stretched perfectly as all Born boots do. No need to break in, they're ready to go. Love love love the style! I walk 2 miles to work every day and already they're a favorite :)

Such great shoes but Born why does the heel coating wear off? People do walk outside to get to their car and go to work. We are paying $130 for the shoes. Shouldn’t the coating on the heel stay on?

I ordered these boots as I have a lot of Born boots and shoes which I love. Unfortunately these boots were not up to Born’s usual standard. The zippers were very difficult to zip up and down so I returned them. I would not recommend them.

Cute boots. Leather was distressed as was the heel. Heel already had marks like the design was already coming off. Seam on outside edge was rubbing making them uncomfortable, so I returned.

This item was defective. I didn't try them on because I obviously wasn't keeping them. On the box it was written that the shoes had not been worn and were defective and yet you shipped it out to another client - very, very poor customer service.

The color is just so different than the website.

Really comfortable boot. I bought the brown ones three years ago and still wear them often. Decided to add the black ones too and they fit just as good. Kind of pricey but I get a lot of wear out of them.

Gorgeous bootie, but runs big. I wear a 10 but it was much too big. I’d suggest a 1/2 smaller for regular width feet.

I have this model (Kerri) in at least 3 colors. High enough heel to give it a little lift and fun boot feel, but not so high I cannot tolerate them. I have bunions and these stretch (being natural hide) enough the booties are comfortable.

I love the Born Kerri bootie. This is my seventh pair. I buy new ones when there is a new color or I have completely worn a pair to pieces. These are my daily wear shoes. Cute, comfortable, and well made. Love them.
