I was totally on the fence about sending these back, but ultimately decided to keep them... and I am SO GLAD I DID! When I initially tried on these boot, they felt tight in the arch / instep. I often wear a 7W so it would be understandable that a 7M wouldn't fit. However, once I took the keep-leap and started wearing them, they stretched in all the right places, and have become SO COMFORTABLE! My thought is that the leather is of fairly high quality making it somewhat pliable. I love these booties so much! I feel like I'm walking a little taller in them I'm enjoying the look and feel of them so much.

This shoe is stylish and comfortable The gray color is fabulous. the toe box is tapered like a boot, but roomy. it's a keeper.

Went shopping before the ago boots arrived and bought a leather pair at half price after Christmas sale, sorry! But these were too small anyway!

I really like this boot! Has a cool look with the deep V at each side. Prolly wouldn't be practical for a snow climate, though, because the cut V is pretty deep.

Gorgeous boots. Ordered the size I had ordered before but these were much smaller. Going to reorder a larger size.

I love Born shoes. They fit well and wear for a long time. Unfortunately this style won’t work for me. It looks best worn with no visible sock and I need something different for the cooler season. Sad to return these.

Although I said these felt true to size, actually I chose a half size bigger based on earlier reviews. They feel very comfortable and are very stylish. I can wear only a thin sock, so take that into consideration.

Love these booties!! Super comfortable and cute!

These are the most comfortable booties I own! I have bunions and a hammer toe and plantar faciaitis and I can wear these all day! Back zip for easy entry and basically no high heels to deal with.

Very nice shoe but chose another Born boot that felt a bit better

While I think the shoe is 'true to size' one of my heels is narrower than the other so was slipping, due to the zipper being in the back I would not be able to insert my normal heel pads. I liked the overall look and feel of this shoe, but had to return due to the heel.

This is the best boot out of many that I tried. It’s comfortable. I put my arch support in it and I can wear these all day and they don’t show how big my feet are like all the other boots. These are well-made and excellent boots. I hope they never stop making them

These run a bit large- I ordered one size smaller than my usual size and it fits great. This is my third pair of Kerri boots. They are comfortable and the style looks great with tights or socks. I can wear them with a dress or with jeans.

I never got to wear them because I knew right away, they were too long for me. I wanted a half size smaller, but they didn't have the blue color I wanted. So sad. Online shopping is difficult to maneuver.

I love these boots. They’re comfortable right out of the box and great with skirts and dresses as well as pants. Stylish and well made. I have zero complaints.

They were comfortable immediately. I like the look of the slightly distressed or aged leather very much. If I could give them about a 1/2 inch higher heal that would be perfect!

Really attractive, the blue was a very nice shade. Sort of a well loved denim navy. I just didn’t like the way they looked on my size 11 foot. I would recommend them if you don’t have that issue

Too big

Shoes are great. I usually have problems with shoes hurting or not comfortable, but not this style, This is my 2nd pair. This pair is slightly larger but I’d rather have them a little too big than tight. Order your regular size.

LOVE these booties! I originally tried my regular size, which is an 8.5, and they were too big, unless I would be wearing hiking socks! So I sized down to an 8 and they are dreamy! Thank you!

They’re cute and I like Born shoes. I haven’t had a chance to wear them much though.
