I have wide feet & ordered a 9.5 & a 10. The 9.5 felt tight in width, which probably means it's true to width. The 10 was comfortable in width although slightly long in length. If I wore socks with them, they'd probably fit perfectly though but I don't normally wear socks. I kept the 10's. Even without socks, they're very comfortable and have not required any break in period. I wear a 9.5 EE in Brooks Adrenaline running shoes for reference.

I love this booties. I listen to the reviews and order 10 instead of 11 and they were right, it fits great. Now i need more colors.

Go down half a size. So cute so cool, easy pezy to walk in, look great.

I wasn't sure if I was going to like these but decided to give them a try. Once I saw them in person and put them on I loved them! They couldnt be more comfortable and are super cute.

Absolutely love these booties! I was looking for really short booties and stumbled across these. I love Born, so that made it an easy decision. I ordered my normal size (my experience with Borns informed me) , I like them a little roomy due to previous foot surgery. They are a little loose without socks, a perfect fit with socks. Comfortable, fashionable,affordable, what more could I ask?

The one and only reason I gave it a 4 overall is because the zipper in the back is extremely hard to pull up once the shoe is on my foot! Love the style and comfy from the moment I put it on!

These boots are great looking and very comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and doing a lot of walking. I haven't had any problems or pains. I think these are great boots! I would highly recommend them.

The boot fit perfectly. It was also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the distressed part ends at the toe cap, and then it looks like shiny leather, so it is a weird looking shoe in the black distressed.

These boots are cute and comfortable. I'm a teacher and can go all day without any discomfort. I purchased these after reading reviews about the heels. I figured that many of those reviews were older and Born would have fixed that problem by now. That wasn't the case. I took extra precautions to make sure the heel wouldn't peel, but they peeled anyway. I have also noticed tiny pieces of rubber have come off the heel. It's such a shame because I really love these boots.

Wow, these are gorgeous shoes but so tight. I usually wear a 8.5-9 womens and ordered these in a 9. I could barely squeeze into them and couldn't eget the zipper up with out serious struggle an discomfort. I also have super high arches and these were not forgiving. Definitely runs small (snug) and not the best fit for high arch people. But damn they were cute.

Super cute booties, but too wide for my narrow heel. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Love these right out of the box. Little bit of a heel to give that lift, but not too much. Lightly cushioned insole. Pointed toe so that they look "hip", but not so pointy that they aggravate my feet. Big fan of Born boots/booties. This is maybe my 9th pair over the last 6-7 years. Bad feet (bunions, high arches, etc.) and Born always works for me. Love the leather uppers: breathability and stretch. Bought these in my usual size and they fit well with a lighter pair of sox.

These are so comfortable I bought two pair. I walk on a concrete floor at work and they’re very comfy, no sore feet at the end of the day.

I love these boots because they have a cutout at the ankle, so they don't bother my ankles! I like to adjust the fit for different sock weights by inserting a variety of shoe pads. This makes them great for any season!

I own other Born shoes and boots that have been super comfortable favorites that I reach for all the time. I ordered these even though I noted that other reviewers had previously complained about the quality of the heals. I am hoping that mine will hold up. As with my other Borns these booties are extremely comfortable. The insole is soft and the step is springy and energizing. They do run a little large, maybe half a size, but for me it will be OK with a sock. The leather is not thin, but yet the shoe is soft. They are definitely stylish and fun. Will work well with black jeans or even a skirt. I'm looking forward to wearing them, hoping that the heals won't be a disappointment.

This was actually a gift for my mom who already has a black pair. She loved the comfort of the black pair and wished she had a brown pair. So I got her a brown pair for Mother’s Day. She absolutely loves it. She’s 89 and likes the low heel and non-slip sole.

Love love this boot. Perfect in leather, height and heel. Also so comfortable! Actually this is my 2nd pair and have never purchased the same boot twice! These boots are a fav! Can be dressed up or causal.

I’ve had these shoes for 2 years now. I mainly wear them on Sundays to church but they’ve held up very well. They are very comfortable! Highly recommend!

I have a pair of the grey distressed Kerri's and have worn them a lot! They are comfy and look great with jeans. So I ordered the taupe distressed. No problems with the heels as other folks have mentioned, the grey get a workout and still look great after more than a year. I did need to go down 1/2 size from my usual and the fit is perfect.

I have these same ankle boots in black suede. I needed brown boots and purchased other brands but returned them all and came back to these. They are comfortable, good looking and work with pants and jeans. Shout out to Zappos as well. This is my second time purchasing shoes and both times they were delivered earlier than expected. Customer service people are knowledgeable and helpful.
