This is my favorite pair of boots. I get compliments EVERY time I wear them. They are super comfortable and cute!

Better in person. I bought the Black in 8 1/2 which is my regular size in Born. It appears they will be versatile. I am surprised they look as good a they do with old, faded boot cut jeans. (I bought them to wear with darker colored dress pants - for work). Maybe it is the Western flare of the boots - they are not too pretentious. I am wearing them right out of the box without socks and they are so comfortable! They fit beautifully. Zipper takes a bit of getting used to but not a deal breaker by any means. The stacked heel is sleek and the unobtrusive, moderately lugged rubber sole will be great for wet Pacific Northwest weather.

These shoes are absolutely adorable. I bought both the Tobacco Distressed and the Black, to see which I preferred. The Tobacco had more of the casual look I was going for to wear with jeans, ankle pants leggings, and even a casual dress or maxi skirt. I loved the black too, but it was dressier than I wanted and the leather, while nice, was a little stiffer than the suede. I would have liked to have kept them both, keeping the black for work, but I sent the black back (a decision I might regret). I am a size 5 in most shoes and I was relieved that the 5s worked for me. I have room for a thin sock, but can also go sockless if I wanted. The slight showing of the skin makes for a great look without socks. The comfort level is outstanding. I do not have high arches in the slightest and I can walk in these all day. The insole is slightly cushioned and the leather inside is very soft. Not a single hot spot, even in the back with the zippers. I love the rubber bottom as I plan to wear them for a trip to the UK and it makes for a better grip in walking in the rain. I did spray them with a water protective spray and I expect they will hold up with. We've had a lot of rain here lately and so far my feet have stayed dry. As an aside, the first pair I got had a popping sound in the left boot with each step. At first I thought it was the zipper, but realized it occurred each time I lifted the left heel off the ground. I returned them for another pair and they do not have the pooping sound.

I love the look and style of these boots and you can count on the usual high quality comfort that Born shoes offer. These run big though and although I always wear a 9 in Born shoes I will need to exchange these for 8 1/2. One other caveat of this style is what socks to wear! The side cutout is adorable but makes socks a real issue.

these are my new favorite work shoe. Supportive enough for all the walking on my commute, but look simple and professional. They look great with pants and dresses. Arch support and a little on the narrow side, but fit like all other Borns that I have. If you have long and narrow feet, Borns will be great for you! True to size: i always wear 9.5 in born and these are just right.

Beautiful boots. The leather is soft and smooth. Size wise they are right on the money for me. I have to wear thinner socks with them. My coworkers love them! Comfortable on first wear, didn't have to break them in.

The shoes are nice and soft, they run half size larger.

I love these shoes. The zipper can be difficult, but overall these are cute shoes and super comfortable.

I love these! I agree with others who noted these run big--for Borns. I usually wear a 6.5 but in Borns, always a 7. I ordered a 7 in these, and am exchanging for the 6.5, I really hope those fit! These are super cute and very comfortable. The sole is softish, which is hard to come by with a lot of shoes right now. I have arthritis and these did not bother my feet at all. Also, the zipper up the back is fantastic!

I love these shoes. I also have them in black. I can where them when I have to walk a lot or I am on my feet all day. They are comfortable and I receive lots of compliments.

Great comfort right out of the box! Wore these 10 hours and walked 5 miles in them the first day.Born quality comes through again.Back zipper on heel is a bit hard to zip up, must be sure not to catch leather in the teeth.

I admired these boots on an patient in my dental office. Ordered them the same day. I followed the reviews and ordered 1/2 size smaller than my usual size 8 and I'm glad I did. Very comfy from day one. I wore them for a full day of shopping and my feet felt great at the end of the day. I will be ordering them in black for sure!! I Love these boots!!

I love the style, quality, and comfort of these boots! Buying online can be so frustrating, but these boots are exactly what I was expecting and hoping for.

This is a very nice bootie but when faced with the choices, I decided I liked the design of the Born Sylvia better and it did take me quite a long time to choose them over this one.

Love these Born booties! They are cute and comfortable right out of the box. I bought my normal size which is an 8.5 but I think they feel more like a 9.

I feel like I can walk all day in this boot as it has a very comfy padded bed. I'll have to wear low socks, but I love this shoe. Ordered a 9 and fits great.

I have been looking for two years for a replacement boot from Born because my old ones are getting so worn out from wearing them all the time. I finally found them in these boots. They are super comfortable and super stylish. Look great with skinny jeans or a skirt.

Beautiful shoes, loved them and would keep them except that I have bunions on both feet and the toes are too pointy to be comfortable. I'm disappointed because they are well made and I loved the taupe color

Wow! I love these booties. I am normally a size 8 1/2 but because of the reviews I ordered both an 8 and 8 1/2 in both black and brown boot. Although I wanted to go with the 8 1/2 an 8 fit much better. I was nervous about deviating from my normal size, but then I checked the box, and the size 8 box stated size 39 in European size (which a 39 is normally a size 8 1/2). I hope that's not too confusing. I would have to agree with the other reviews that stated the boot runs about a 1/2 too big. These shoes are gorgeous, comfortable and extremely high quality. You can't go wrong. Simply stunning.

Born boots are incredible right out of the box. This boot is so comfortable. I work at a boutique and our floor is glazed concrete. I am on my feet 8hrs a day and my feet feel great. I love how they look w/o socks. Fabulous!

The Born Kerri boots are so comfortable! I ordered a half size smaller and they work great. Super happy with this purchase.
