These were comfortable right out of the box. Born shoes just "get" my feet, bunions and all. I bought these, along with a pair of Cobb Hill Alexandras (the plan was to keep my favorite and send the other back). I'm keeping them both and wore the Kerris to work today. It's the happiest my feet have been all week. I usually prefer flats but as others have said, this modest rise in the heel is very stable and very, very comfortable. My 5'2" stature enjoys the bump also.

Really, really like these. Bought for work to wear with uniform dress pants. Also wanted to be able to wear with jeans as I am on the road for work very often and don't always want fill the suitcase with a bunch of shoes. These are perfect. They are comfortable, look nice, quick and easy to put on. Best thing is that they don't set off the metal detectors through security.

True to size, as pictured and super comfy right from the time my foot slipped in. These are one of my wear everyday boot.

I REALLY like these booties, but chose the Born Karara bootie as they fit my foot better. They are very well made and I'm sure would be very comfortable on the right foot.

So comfortable right out of the box ... wore them immediately and can't wait to put them on again today. :) They also look great -- very cool.

These are comfortable, stylish boots with a nice tread.

Beautiful shoe, especially for a comfortable, walking shoe. I get lots of compliments when I? wear them. Ran 1/2 size large for me, when I’m usually a true 7.5 & I have a wider foot. Even with a sock & insert, too much toe room. The half size down fit really well. Slightly snug on one foot initially & creased across toes, but after a few wears, they broke in perfectly.

I love these booties; I have the burgundy and they are beautiful. There has been zero break-in required, in fact, I wore them today to work (I teach first grade) and my feet feel light, cool, and supported. I am thrilled with the quality, style, and comfort!

I am so happy with these booties. I normally order an 11 Wide in most shoes. This one wasn’t available in a wide width. After reading many reviews I decided to take a chance and order them anyway. I agree that they are a little wide but that’s worked out perfectly for me. I’m a hairstylist and was able to wear them all day right out of the box. Will definitely be ordering a second pair.

Comfortable right out of the box. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner wearing them. Good looking, stylish, and very well made. I wear an 11M and the elongated shape makes my foot look slender but doesn’t make it look huge. Love these!

Love the shoe! Good fit and comfortable but the color was a little darker and a little more brown than I wanted. Really looking for a grey bootie!

I love these boots! The zipper at the back of the show takes a little getting used to. I had a similar pair of boots from Born and this are just as comfortable. I’ll going to order another pair!

I just got these booties. 1/2 size smaller than normal and they are the most conf shoes I’ve had. This is my second day wearing them and walked 6 miles in Boston and not one ounce of regret! Adorable and comfy!! Love love

Hands down, the most comfortable ankle boot I've ever worn. Born rarely lets me down.

I love these! I am a teacher and I’m on my feet all day. These are super comfy and don’t hurt my feet at all. I love Born shoes- totally worth the higher price to not have sore feet at the end of the day. These do run 1/2 size big. I always wear a 10 and the 9.5 fit perfect in these boots.

Really like these with jeans. normally wear 8.5 in born, but been ordering 8's and fitting well. Maybe Born is making shoes larger these days.

These shoes are cute but I had to return because they are WAY TOO big. I am very consistently a size 9. I just reordered a half size smaller, but I'm wondering if I will need a full size smaller. The "peltro distressed" color is a dark gray with a tiny bit of brown in it.

Comfortable right out of the box ... very similar toe box, heel and sole to Born Drago boot from last year which I LOVE but sadly no longer available. This is a shorter version of that boot from last year. May try a suede version.

Really love this bootie. It can dress up or down and the height doesn't interfere with skinny pant legs. It was comfortable right out of the box. I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes but I wore these in NY the first wear and they didn't cause any foot pain. I wish all the other colors weren't distressed suede--I would buy another pair.

They are comfortable. The zipper does not rub. They are pointer than I am accustom and they do elongate the appearance of the foot BUT the are stylish and give me the look I am seeking. I highly recommend Born and absolutely love this style.

I ordered size 10 and then 9 1/2 and finally a 9 which fit perfectly! These are super comfortable and I highly recommend them!
