They look good and feel good for the most part a little tight across the toes on the right foot but I do like the shoe and am hoping I can brake them in. I believe they will stretch some over time and the fit is perfect. I would recommend.

So far, love these boots. I haven't had the same issues with the heels others have had, but I also haven't worn them much yet. Born is a go-to brand for me for stylish and comfortable boots.

I love Born shoes and have several pairs. I have been looking for a black stylish bootie that would be comfortable for my active job. The shoe looks really nice and was comfortable right out of the box-no pinching, blisters etc.. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is I feel it could use just a little more padding. I would still recommend this shoe however.

I love these shoes!!!! I have the grey and brown and they are super comfortable! There is no breaking in period and they feel true to size. I wear an 8 1/2 in almost everything and I got my usual size in these and they are perfect!

The fit is great. They have enough support to last all day and the material is high quality leather. I wear them to work with dress pants and get compliments on them. They work well with skinny pants. I wasn't sure about the back zipper but it works well and does not bother me at all. I wear short black socks with them so they are not seen and the shoe stands out.

I have always liked the quality and comfort of Born products and these are no exception. They were comfortable and easy to wear as soon as I put them on and they look great with everything from jeans to dresses!

Love these shoes. Just bought my second pair. I get tons of compliments. The best part is the comfort.

I usually wear a size 8.5, but when I ordered that size it was too big. So, I returned them for a half size smaller, which were perfect.

Cute! Cute! Cute...and comfy! Looks great with leggings, skinny jeans and boyfriend jeans. I haven't tried them on with a dress yet but I'm sure that would look adorable too. I'm all about comfort when it come to a shoe. I don't believe in torturing my feet. The booties check all the boxes for me! In fact I have my eye on a few other Born boots as well.

Love them! This is the second pair of Born boots I've bought and they're both so comfortable. For someone who has such a hard time finding comfortable shoes, this brand has surprised me. I typically wear either a 8.5 or 9 (in Brooks running shoes a 9.5 for extra toe room) and the 8.5 in these fit. The 9 wasn't bad, but I think the heel would've slipped too much for everyday wear. The grey color is amazing and will pair well with so many outfits. Very stylish and will go with shorts, leggings, jeans, dresses and skirts. I'm beyond happy with them. Now, Born just needs to make some waterproof boots so I don't have to worry about them so much when it rains.

This is my second pair of Born Kerri shoes. I loved my Tobacco Distressed Kerri boots so much I had to purchase another pair. Opted for the black leather size 8 and they didn't disappoint.

This is a Christmas present for my wife even though she tried them on when they came and she loved them. High quality leather and she said they were really comfortable. Hopefully after Christmas she will feel the same way as they are wrapped and under the tree now.

I’m a hairstylist and stand for 8 to 10 hours a day. These boots were comfortable right out of the box. They are my go-to shoes at the end of the day if I’ve worn other shoes during the day. They are also my go-to shoes for weekend adventures. I can walk in them all day without my feet bothering me. I have worn them at least four days a week for a year now. I am about to order my second pair now because I am taking my current ones to the shoe repair shop for to refurbish them so I can keep wearing them.

they run big, so order a smaller size if you are somewhere in between. But - these are incredibly comfortable!!! i love them. The leather is beautiful too. (I have the brown).

Style, support and comfort. Someone finally did it! Presh and get compliments constantly. Brown suede so fun.

I love Born shoes. They almost always fit right. I have trouble with bunions and finding shoes to fit is always a hassle. I needed to buy a pair of booties in a hurry for an upcoming trip. Zappos is fantastic at shipping items in a hurry. That is one reason why I love Zappos so much. And Born brand shoes are just as awesome at suppling quality shoes. These booties fit right out of the box with zero braking in. I normally wear a size 10 and ordered a size 10. Note that these have room for me to wear socks with these. I am now set for my trip thanks to Zappos and Born shoes.

Love these! This is my second pair - I bought a pair in gray suede last year. They are the perfect height to go with leggings and regular pants. When it's hot, they look good without socks.

Love love these boots. I read the reviews and despite the weird heel scuffing thing I decided to get them anyway. They are so comfy and good looking I am willing to live with the flaw. I do wish the manufacturer would fix it.

Very stylish cool looking bootie. The size 5 is a tiny bit big, but still comfortable enough. I can always wear socks if it feels too loose or add a insole. The style is just so cool! I like the openings on the side, it makes it different. Might wear with funky socks and jeans, or noshow socks for dressier pants.

Even with my share of foot problems, these Born ankle boots are really comfortable and I think very stylish. I thought I would be doomed to wide, ugly shoes so I'm thrilled. Even though they are true to size, I feel they give you a bit more room than other size 9 ankle boots I have, but not enough to size down, just enough to be comfortable. I had to stop wearing some of my other size 9 ankle boots because, with my problems, they were too tight and hurt. Also, this color is somewhere between a dark steel gray and a dark taupe, but I think it's a good neutral. I am really satisfied and happy with these ankle boots. And even though Zappos rewards program isn't that great, everything else about them is and knowing I can return the shoes for free, I'm able to try shoes that I'm unsure of.

Buy. These. Boots. They are so cute, so comfy. Wandered all over France in them - even hiked in them. Style and comfort. I’m a 7.5-8 size and the 7.5 was absolutely perfect. Not tight, 8 would’ve been too big for sure.
