I originally ordered my normal size and they were a half size too large. The half size smaller fit perfect. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Very good looking style. Perfect with jeans.

I love Born boots.... They are always comfortable right out of the box and the same goes for this pair. I generally wear a 7 to 7.5 in most shoes. But for Born I can always wear a 6.5 (without socks). Over time when the leather naturally stretches, I end up wearing a thin pair of socks with them. Also, they do run on the narrow side. But will loosen up over time, naturally. This pair is adorable! Super versatile!

These boots are the third pair I have purchased in this style. They are so comfortable, I tell people I could sleep with them on.

I really like Born boots and these were right in line with my expectations. I find Born to have consistent sizing so I get to just shop style. I like grey as a neutral. I was a little concerned about the suede - but its been very durable.

I adore these boots. I get so many compliments on them. The gunmetal gray color is a fantastic addition to my wardrobe. It goes with everything. I am so happy I added this ankle bootie to my collection. The zippered back ensures a supportive fit. Highly recommended!

I’ve got a few pair of Born ankle boots now, different styles. Each pair feels great, the size right on. My most recent ones, Kerri, super comfy, very soft. Highly recommend.

I usually wear a 9.5-10, but the Kerri ran a little big. Zappos customer service was awesome and helped me get the right fit when the 9.5 I ordered was a little too big. I love these boots! They are exactly what I was looking for to wear with jeans, pants & casual dresses. So far they are also super comfortable--I was at an event this weekend and on my feet most of day and they were great!

I always love born boots -and these are no exception. great fit, great materials and grey - which is a favorite neutral for me.

I had these in the taupe, suede version and wanted a black, leather version. The taupe, suede version has been my go-to boot this Fall, Winter, and Spring season. They go with almost everything and are comfortable enough for walking in the city on concrete sidewalks or on a country dirt road. I am hoping the black, leather wears as well and provides the same day-long comfort. No break-in time required; these are comfortable straight out of the box.

This is my second pair of these booties and I love them! They are comfortable to walk all day in and are even comfortable without socks!

I’m normally 6.5-7 but ordered 6 because that was the closed size and it fit. Soft leather, comfortable out of the box.

These boots fit perfect but I am not loving the color. I ordered the brown and I prefer a more distressed look. I will be sending back and ordering the grey.

Perfect fit, I have these shoe in black, they are comfortable right out of the box. I wanted a brown pair but these weren't the right shade for me so these have to go back.

I LOVE these boots!! I wish that Born would bring back the navy blue Kerri boots!! If i would have known how much I would enjoy this color I would have purchases more then one pair. I have them in the reddish suede too but I love the leather on the blue ones!!!

Love this bootie ordered black felt comfortable out of the box size 8 runs large toes have plenty of room leather upper not stiff at all I wore trouser sock and foot was happy ALL day I could wear a heavier winter sock and boot would still fit....received nothing but compliments all day ordered grey suede and can’t wait to wear them!!!!

Straight out of the box this awesome shoe/bootie was extremely comfortable the first time I put them on. I wore them the next day, all day, and I can honestly say they are the most comfortable footwear, right out of the box, that I have ever worn. The leather felt soft but sturdy, good support and very fashionable. I had many, many comments. Even had one husband tell his wife she should get a pair!! I'm going to order another color! They are amazing. I love them!!!

I wear an 8 in most all my shoes but these are a half size different. I have several styles in these and have to always get a 7 1/2 but they are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn!

Love these booties! I was looking for a stylish low heel bootie for some time, and I was so happy to find this! I have another Born bootie and was pleased with the fit and comfort. This bootie is one of the most comfortable booties that I own! Being a flatter heel, the arch support is good. I also love the style with the back zipper. The color is very attractive with many colors of slacks from jeans to black dress pants. I just went back to Zappos and ordered the same bootie in the brown leather! Can't wait to get it!

These are perfect - great fit, and comfortable, and really nice looking. The Kristina boot from Borne dug into my ankle in a painful way; the ankle cut outs on this shoe solve that problem.

These are super comfortable and cute. This is my second pair and if they had more colors I would get more. I have had my first pair for a while and did not experience the heel discoloration others have exeperienced.

I’m a hairstylist and I stand in a stationary position most of the day. These have been the best boots I’ve ever purchased for work. I’ve worn them 3-4 days a week for the last 14 months. I just ordered myself a second pair and dropped these off at the shoe repair shop to have them refurbished. The boot held up so beautifully. I wore the covering off the bottom of the heal. I’m a large girl, wear a size 11 shoe, and I’m really hard on my shoes. Couldn’t recommend these enough. I usually order a wide in most shoes. These weren’t available in a wide. I gambled and ordered then anyway after reading reviews. They fit perfectly. If you have a narrow foot, they may feel too wide.

I would like more arch support.
