After trying several other brands I decided to give these a try. They were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I have a hard time finding a shoe that fits well, I have what I call a short fat foot, but these had the room my toes needed.

When I finally got the correct size for my foot, I enjoy the cushioning effect when I walk long distances. I'm so glad that New Balance continues to make the narrow sizes.

I have brought several pairs of this shoe over the last year as it is comfortable, lightweight and slimmer than many of the athletic shoes out there. I walk about 12,000 steps per day on average and have been able to continue walking despite plantar fasciitis if I use heel cups in these shoes.

I bought these shoes for work where I stand/walk for 8 hours and they are very comfortable. I walk at least 10000 steps in the shoes and have had no problems with my feet hurting. I was hoping for a little less work and more casual look but I think I will be putting comfort before fashion. Great shoe so far.

Very pleased with these shoes...they fit and feel great. Podiatrist suggested I get something like this because of my bunions, wide feet and diabetes. I wear them all day long. Very comfy.

I purchased these shoes because I had a pair in white. I love the comfort. I walk at least 2 1/2 miles in them every day.

The New Balance shoes have a solid sole with a stride path to correct pronation when walking. A mesh top provides a cooler foot in the warm T. of Summer wear.

These are my everyday shoes, and this is the third pair that I have bought. They are very comfortable, wear well, and look good with everything except dress up clothes.

This style was too large in the toe area for my feet. I ordered a narrow, which is what I usually wear, but it still felt loose in that part of the shoe. I will exchange it for another style.

Love these shoes, can wear them as regular shoes on the way to the gym without looking like obvious sneakers. Exact fit. Rapid delivery!

Shoe was just as described. It is hard to find a shoe in a narrow width. As always, Zappos is a pleasure to deal with and I always give positive recommendations for their customer service.

I purchased these shoes for work where I stand at a counter and do minimal walking. They look good, are comfortable, have good traction, and fit the requirement for black, "polishable" shoes. I wear these with custom orthotics. I was able to remove the factory insole and replace with my orthotics to achieve a good fit. I would not choose these shoes for a walking vacation in a warm/ hot-humid climate because they would be too hot with no air circulation and the inside would probably not dry (from perspiration) overnight and be ready for wear the next day. Rather I would choose a much lighter-weight shoe with an upper made of mesh - like some running or cross-training shoes.

I love shopping at Zappos, always a positive experience. These shoes are very comfortable . My only regret is that I didn't get the black. This color is pretty but shows the dirt. I will at some point buy this pair of shoes in the black. Thanks Zappos for another great online shopping experience.

These fit perfectly and can be worn right out of the box without any breaking in. There is room if you need to add an arch support. New Balance has been a favorite brand for decades, and these did not disappoint.

Very comfortable right out of the box. Very light in weight also, so I think they will be great for walking. I am very tempted to get a second pair in white. I ordered late Friday and on Monday they were here. Love your delivery!

I purchased these for work, I stand on cement floors and I must say that these are very comfortable! Would like it if these came in different colors.

Hands down best buying experience I've had in a while. Small mishap with order, but was totally corrected! I haven't had company service that good in so long I didn't think it still happened.

This is my 3rd pair of New Balance WW411V2 walking shoes. I have black and white pairs. I wear them to work every day. They are very comfortable from the moment I put them on. When new, no breaking in period at all. I walk at 3 miles a day and my feet never hurt. I always choose these shoes when comfort is most important. They are my favorite and the price is good too.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable. Didn't need to break them in. I use them for walking and for playing Pickle Ball.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are a lovely shade of blue-gray, good toe room and yet the heel does not slide up and down. They have a soft inside sole. I can walk around all day without sore feet. Quiet styling that does not clash with my clothing. I am going to order other color right now. And may stock up in case it is discontinued.

This was my first order at Zappos and I was very impressed. My order was shipped promptly and I appreciated the free shipping. The shoes were not exactly the same as the pair with the same number that I had bought in a store a couple of weeks earlier, but close enough. Not quite as good a fit, but again close enough.

It took me trying and sending back six pairs of sneakers before finding these. I have a disease which is centered in my foot, and finding something that I can teach in all day is very difficult! These required no break in, feel supportive, and are so comfortable that I ordered a second pair.

Best fit I've had in NB sneakers. There seems to be more toe room (height) than the other styles I've bought. I wear a 12 wide because of orthotics and a brace and these are not only comfortable, but don't look like sneakers when I'm wearing good pants.
