Very comfy right out of the box. I feel like someone is massaging by feet as I walk. I find that New Balance run small. My usual size is a 7.5 in shoe and 8 in sneaker. I needed an 8.5. Once you figure out the right size, this sneaker will make your feet feel good in all of the right places.

I have a narrow foot (AAA) and the AA width fit well. That is they fit well after I inserted my inserts from the foot doctor. Very comfortable shoe. Would order again. Wish I could find shoes in a AAA width!

Completely comfortable. I first thought they might be too wide but tied them up and they stayed on my feet without sliding around. Wore them all day at a theme park and my very high arched/high instepped feet were super happy. The insole is great. I love the color and the simplicity of the look of the sneaker. The color and design are calming.

I purchased these bc I am a nursing student and needed comfy mostly white shoes to wear all day during clinicals. They have a wide toe box and are very comfortable. My only complaint is that they seem kind of big and chunky on my feet... reminding me of my grandmothers sneakers from the late 90s. I figured this might be the case but it's hard to find comfortable white sneakers. I'd buy these again for comfort and a little pop of color with the pink! I think they are true to size just wide but it's possible that they feel half a size too big to some

Not the most attractive but they have everything I need. Good arch support, large toe box, and nondescript black sneaker for all day walking.

They were very comfortable from the first time putting them on. Run true to size.

Had high hopes for shoe based on reviews...but I have difficult feet. I ordered a narrow based on comments but was still too wide. I wanted a big toe box but even heel felt wide. Sadly, my search continues.

I love these shoes. There's a bit of lavendar to the gray, so it's a nicer color than flat gray. They give good support without being too tight.

These shoes are beautiful but my feet are weird and the toe rubbed too much so I am sending these back. I really liked them and will try to get in a bigger size.

I am glad I bought these. They were half the price of the ones I bought earlier in the year now I'm hoping that they last like those did (Vionic) Usually have bought the Addiction walker which is expensive and since I seem to be going thru them in a shorter period of time, it was imperative I find something less expensive but just as good. I think I found that in these shoes. They fit pretty good although since I had bunion surgery on right foot, it has always been an issue to find a pair wide enough or wear some kind of buffer between the way the big toe and next one rub together. I like the styling and I've had New Balance before....I think I will be totally satisfied with my purchase.

Surprisingly these are the BEST shoes on several levels. First...I have the usual problem feet but only on one foot. I can lace this shoe up tight on my right foot and loose on my left foot and it works great. As other reviewers have said...they are great for travel because they don't necessarily make an athletic statement but they are also light enough to not impact the weight limits. Love them! Just ordered another pair. Wish they came in more colors....

I'm a size 9 with a bunion size of HUMONGOUS. Ordered a 9W - perfect. I walk 2 miles every morning, fairly speedy, and the boxed toe really makes these sneaks comfy. And they're definitely lavender. However, the style is totally fuddy-duddy. So I'm sure glad it's now dark in the morning when I walk, hah!

The shoes are fine overall, but the heel seems wider than I'd like. I like the styling. They need a little breaking in as they are stiff. My orthopedics fit well. I ordered them in the morning and they were delivered the next evening. WOW!

These shoes are fantastically comfortable! They also are designed to be a walking shoe, not a running shoe, nor a run-errands shoe. For those with neuropathy, they are cool, lightweight and feel like nothing is touching your feet. For those with foot problems, the mesh is extremely forgiving. The arch support is moderate, but you can easily put in your own orthotic. Like other New Balance Shoes, you may need to order a half size up, but the width is wider than usual. After trying on countless other walking shoes, including saucony, vionix, reebok and several other new balance shoes, these are the ones! (I have ordered 2 more pair!)

I purchased after reading the reviews,but was disappointed. They fit great and are very comfortable. I feel because I ordered the grey which is mostly fabric the rest should have been real leather.

Fit is great if u need room in toe box and bunion spot. These r so comfortable and I took a walk outdoors within an hour of receiving them. I have worn them quite a lot and they r exactly the walking shoes I wanted. Heel may feel a bit wide but I like a loose fit. The gray does look lavender but I love the color. Also must say that zappos folks gave me incredible customer service as I searched for my perfect walking shoes.

Love these shoes. Affordable. Light weight yet sturdy. Good arch and side supports. I have worn New Balance shoes for years.

Love this shoe and want to order enough to last for years. Lots of room in toe box and great arch support. I have had issues with a stress fracture the past year in the bottom of my foot and this is the first shoe (out of 4 tried) that supports it without pain. Please don't stop making this style!

Great service! Next day delivery. These are extremely comfortable shoes. I only wear New Balance shoes and these are my favorites.
