true to size with a wider toe box than I have found in most. Price was right, although I don't expect them to last long walking at work all day on hard floors. Still they fit so well I ordered another pair forwhen the first pair wears out.

These shoes are so comfortable. Only con is that I am a size 9.5 but I had to get a 10 to have it fit correctly. I would get these shoes again.

So comfortable. My shoes size is a normal width across toe box. But, I have trouble w/ sneakers slipping up and down on my narrow heel. A medium width is comfortable right out of the box and provide great support.

The fit was spot on. I have tried on many athletic shoes ranging in price from $180.00 to $60.00. These were the best. I do not believe I will need any additional orthotics. Give these a try.

I ordered several pairs of walking shoes/sneakers and these by New Balance felt the best. They don't bother my toes or bunions and feel very supportive. I like the shoe laces - they seem to stay tied better than other styles. I love Zappos free shipping and easy returns policy. All the ones that didn't fit well went back and the credit posted on my VISA card promptly.

I have large feet that are hard to fit comfortably. This is the first pair of walking shoes that I have just loved in a very long time! They fit very well and cushion my feet. The best thing is the large toe box. I love this shoe and recommend it.

I am an 8 1/2 narrow (2 AA). I had to go up to a 9 narrow. They fit me perfectly. I am on my feet all day. I am a wheelchair Agent for an airport. I walk over 10,000 steps in a day. If not walking then standing. Yes my feet are tired. However, no blisters or anything hurting because of shoes. They are extremely comfortable. I can’t imagine another shoe giving me more comfort then this shoe with what I have to wear them for. Zappos was awesome for the return for a size 9. Hope this helps.

Good sneaker if you need arch support (which I do). Fit me immediately, no breaking in necessary. I like that it comes in black. It's not the most feminine sneaker for a woman, but being able to walk without pain is more important to me. I do wish they didn't have the logo on the outside of the sneaker. If they didn't, this could almost pass for an office-worth shoe.

Too narrow. Disappointed these didn't fit. I think they're the newer version of the ones that have served me well for work/walking at lunchtime. But they felt much narrower than the pair that I'm trying to replace, and I checked that that pair of new balance were also medium width.

I purchased these for my mother and she loves them. But I had to send back 2 times (which was very easy to do) because they run small. We ended up with a whole size larger.

This is my second pair of grey 411 NB sneakers in size 8.5 Wide. They have been the most comfortable sneakers that I have found for my wide feet with a problem toe. The roomy toe box and mesh material make all the difference. I can wear them all day and my feet are comfortable.

I really like the style of this shoe, and it looks good on the foot. It also has a good amount of room for my toes (probably helps that I ordered it in D width). However, there is not as much arch support as I like, and in fact it almost felt like there was a bit of a bump or hump on the outside middle, pushing my feet in. So maybe this shoe would be good for someone whose feet roll out, instead of someone who over-pronates like I do.

I was looking for a sneaker with a wide toe box and, based on other reviews, I decided to order a 9, my usual size, and a 9.5. I'm so glad I did as the 9 was to short but the 9.5 fitted perfectly and were very comfortable straight out of he box. I'm very happy with these, especially they were so reasonably priced.

I love these!! Now this is the comfortable, great arch support that make your feet happy Athletic shoes I have come to rely on from New Balance!! More colors please!!

Bought these sneakers for my Mom (age 64). She wears sneakers all day to work and she says these are comfortable.

I love these New Balance sneakers so much that I bought them two years in a row. I have wide feet and these don't crowd my toes or my feet in general. They're not the snazziest sneakers out there but they work, and I can walk on New York City streets in them and not feel a twinge in my back or achy feet after walking a couple miles in them.
