I really like the style and they're nice and comfy but they slip on my heel. Unfortunately I have to return them.

I loved them until I wore them around the house and got a blister on my heel. The gathering on my left foot which is smaller than my right foot rubbed a blister on my heel. I loved them but there is no way to stretch that part out... Loved the cushed innersole....Darn!

This shoe is adorable!...BUT the heel is sooo loose; slipped almost off as I was standing up. Somehow it comes to a point, behind the elastic. Then the top of the front dug in a bit. I don't know if that would have bothered me, b/c I didn't even get the other one out of package (due to the heel slipping right off) Also the ball of the foot was a bit tight.

I found this shoe runs short, but otherwise it is very comfortable. I've given away my original pair but re-ordered them in a larger size for myself. I like the shine of the black mini diamond - good for casual occasions or running daily errands.

I don't like the sole and fabric of the shoe. It's like it doesn't match. I also never know what socks to wear with them. They fit kind of funny.

I bought this same shoe locally, but in black. Then I ordered a brown pair from Zappos but the left shoe was significantly larger than the left shoe of the pair I already had. Very odd .. I love the black shoe, bought at a shoe store, but didn't much like the ones ordered from Zappos. When I compared the two shoes, I could easily see that the Zappos shoe was larger than the black shoe. Oh well .. sent them back.

These shoes are very, very comfortable but extremely homely! That's right, I'm a grandmother and even I think they are dumpy and totally dorkie! The toe is an unattractive rounded shape. Gads! Every time I look at them they scream "rest home." Why did I keep them? Well, they are very comfortable, but I'll never wear them out the front door because the fashion police would seize them!

Ultra comfortable shoe with nice support in footbed. There were 3 issues that bothered me. 1. The shoe has a small gathered area on the outside in front of the heel area which created a kind of gapping effect when walking. It made for easy on and off, though. 2. The fabric had a slight odor due to it being synthetic. Most people might not notice because, afterall, it is a ways from the nose. 3. I ordered the black mini-diamond pattern, but I was actually wanting what is shown in the photo, which is the herringbone pattern, as seen in the navy herringbone "color". When it arrived, I noticed that the mini-diamond look is so tiny that the effect is actually like a patent-leather, very shiny and almost as if there were no pattern at all. It looked too synthetic for my purposes. I did bring up to customer service feedback that they need to get the correct black mini-diamond photo instead of the black herringbone photo currently shown. Lastly, the herringbone pattern is much classier and more interesting than the mini-diamond. But, you can only get it in the navy color.

I have a lot of trouble finding shoes and thought this style would be perfect. Unfortunately, my toes hit the top of the shoe and rub. Very disappointed.

Comfortable shoe but felt shorter than a 9 and definitely wider for a narrow width. Had to return.

This style is too short...my toes hit the end of the shoe. I wear a size 7 in every brand I buy but this was about 1/2 size too short. I was disappointed since these are really cute and otherwise comfortable.

Shoe did not fit well. No support

The padding is excellent in these shoes but they were about a half size too small making them uncomfortable for walking for very long. Would suggest ordering a half size up from your regular size. Well made shoes - Clarks are always a good value

ARC support is fine, but I needed a bit more support for my feet. So I had to return.

These shoes are nice, but they are too short. I wear a size 8W. I bought a size 8W. My toes are curled up in the front of the shoes. Another problem is that I thought they were leather, but they are not. They do have a nice feel however.

Soft and comfy feel but ran short, wide and have no arch support. Love the style though!

Oh my goodness, could they BE any more comfortable? I wore them to work a double shift (16 hours), mostly on my feet, and they were comfortable the whole time. Perfect, Clarks!

I have several Clarks shoes and have always been satisfied with them. The reviews were postive for this shoe. But I found it to be too small and uncomfortable even though I ordered the size I usually wear. I returned them and ordered the next size up. I am trying to wear these but may have to return them as well. They just are not comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I wanted to wear them on vacation where I will do a lot of walking but I don't think that will be the case.

These are very cushiony but too much like a flimsy slipper. I felt like there is no support at all. Wore them around the office for two days hoping to change my mind.

Other people seem to have had better luck with this shoe than I did. I tried it on in a Clarks store, and compared to other shoes I tried on there, and what I normally wear (7.5 M), I thought these felt slightly short/tight in the toes. But I also was slipping out of them in the heel. Maybe all the cushioning in the heel caused my foot to slip forward. I didn't think a different size would help. I did think that these looked much cuter on than I would have expected. For a comfort shoe, they weren't bulky, and seemed like they would go well with tights and a skirt.

These are very cushy comfortable shoes. They have poor arch support and the finish wears very easily. They are granny type shoes. There is less structure than I would like for being on my feet all day.

These shoes are very comfortable. One of the reviews I read said the diagonal line actually makes the foot look smaller. She probably does not wear a size 12! These shoes really are ugly! I kept them because of the comfort. They may be cute on a small foot. I have problem feet (hammer toes and bunions) so getting comfort and cute can be difficult (especially in size 12)!

The black fabric 9 was so short my toe stuck out at the end. The brown leather 8.5 fit fine in the length, but flopped off at the heel. Cute if you can get one to fit.
