Extreme innersole padding. Comfort I need for my fascitis. Love the shiny outer surface, the soft sole on this shoe. But alas I have a high arch and wide foot and felt the top of the shoe was rubbing the top of my foot in the very front. If you're on your feet a lot or need inner padding for a painful heel, this is the shoe for you. It felt like walking on marshmallows.

Very comfortable. I really like them. However, I did check the fit at a store locally before purchasing. Zappos had the best price.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! I always have trouble walking in NYC because my feet hurt so badly! This time my feet have felt just fine! First time ever. Have been walking around for 3 days and really feel like I'm walking on "clouds". I'm getting a second pair to be sure I have them in the future.

Generally, I have trouble fitting my size 7 feet because of inadequate arch support in shoes. However, these Clarks are great! They provide very good arch support, are good looking, and comfortable. I have a black pair and ordered a burgundy pair. I may order a purple/gray pair, too!

Love these shoes! So comfy but with style too. I have hard to feet wide feet with bunions. Had no pain wearing these shoes from the minute they came out of the box. I ordered two more pair.

This is my third pair of Sillian Jetsay. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit. Between bunions and a size 101/2 foot.It is always a struggle. Many size 10 are too small and 11 too big. With these shoes the 10 was too small and the 11 too big. But the insole comes out and the clerk at the Clark store added a light insole and they fir beautifully. I bought them and wore them around Las Vegas the next day without pain. I came home and bought another color. I saw these fun black snake print and added them to my collection. I won't be surprised if I end up owning them in every color they make. Cute Comfortable shoes that are perfect for imperfect feet.

I am so sorry that these are too wide. They fall off my heel. Otherwise I really liked the light weight and look of these shoes.

Very soft and comfortable but a little to wide for my very narrow foot. Very disapointed.

Great price point, but it was way too short. I got the same size that I always get in Clarks (have owned 20+ pairs over the years), and this one clearly runs small. Returned.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever bought. I only purchased the brown and now I feel like I need to wear something brown every day so I can wear these shoes. the width is great. They feel like I am walking on marshmallows. I am going to have to purchase other colors to match all of my clothes.

I normally wear 8W. Because of bunions in both feet I have difficulty finding closed toe shoes that are supportive and wide enough for my toes to be comfortable. I tried Clarks Sillian Intro at a local dept store in medium width bcz wide width was available online only. Length of 8M too short! Feet were in pain. In 9M length okay but gaps at the sides. Feet easily slipped out while walking. I wasn't confident that 8.5W would fit perfectly. Bcz Zappos has a great return policy, I decided to try Clarks' other style, Sillian Jetay, in 8.5W. It was a much better fit! Feet don't slip out as easily as in the Sillian Intro. The synthetic upper material was soft and didn't rub against the bunion. However, insoles were too soft, too narrow, and not supportive. So I swapped the Clarks insoles with those that came with my size 9W athletic shoes and now they're comfy. I'm looking forward to wearing these during the winter.

I love these. So soft, lightweight and comfortable. I had to order 1/2 size larger to 9.5 narrow. They fit with thick socks on, and will be a little lose with no socks. I consider these house shoes for me, but could also be worn outside. The style is kind of euro minimalist. I ordered a second pair. Great price too.

I have bunions and have been searching for a shoe that is stretchy , and well padded. I tried this shoe and love it ! I wear it all day at work without an issue . I now have this in grey, blue , and black.

Love the comfort of the shoe. Unfortunately I will have to return them as they seem to run a little short. I ordered my usual 9.5 Narrow and my big toe was just hitting up at the front of the shoe. Will reorder a 10 N hoping the narrowness will still be as perfect and snugging as the previous.

Felt wonderful on my foot but was just too tight at the "v" in the front. I have a very think foot. It made it look like I was wearing a shoe two sizes to small. The shoe was fine, it was just my foot!

I love these shoes! I have 5 pairs in different colors. The first pair was bought in a business trip when the shoes I took with me gave me blisters. The Sillain Jetays I bought that first evening saved the week and I went back to the store to buy two more pairs before I went home that week. I've added two more since and predict additional pairs in my future.

Really love this shoe. I have found it to be versatile and comfortable. It isn't high style but it is cute. I have found it perfect for those times that you have to walk but don't want to wear sneakers/running shoes. I gave it an "excellent" for arch support because I have flat feet and the arch is not intrusive. Too much arch support with flat feet can be painful. I would definitely buy these again.

A nice comfortable shoe. They're cute and have decent arch support. The price is great. They are true to size. I'd recommend them.

I bought these as a desperation move for an upcoming vacation where I needed to look nice/adult most of the time, but also pack light and be able to walk a lot. I saw these came in Wide and decided to hope for the best. These came through in a big way. First pair of shoes that hasn't squeezed my midsole noticeably at all times I've owned in an age. (I have very wide feet and my previous best fit was a pair of Asics mens running shoes in 2E). I've been wearing them every day since I bought them, and while I had a very small blister issue at the heel the first couple days, it's nothing compared to breaking in most flats for me. Will probably buy these in other colors as well.

Awesome shoe. It is an incredibly comfortable. I was concerned that it would slide around on my foot. It does not. I don't think I have ever had shoes where my feet felt so good at the end of he day.

I bought a second pair of these shoes because I like the first so much! In fact, I'm not breaking the new ones in yet because I can't part from the older ones. I walk for exercise everyday, on concrete, 3 miles and most often do it in these shoes. I can go from being in town, to getting my exercise in without changing. Honestly, they feel more like slippers than shoes! I love that I can take out the foot lining and wash it, as I seldom wear socks or hose. The only negative is that the textured leather I chose has "rubbed off" like the shine on a pair of old slacks! I see now that Clarks has dropped that particular material. Now I'm getting a perforated pair for summer. Give these a try--you'll get lots of compliments on the style (if you pick red!) and have comfy feet.

These are so perfectly named. Feels like walking on a cloud. Comfy from the moment I pulled them out the box. No socks - and a full day of work first day. And super cute! Mid-40's gal is happy.

They are VERY comfortable, like walking on clouds, they also run a whole size bigger, they came off my feet, so sad to return them.
