Just got these in and they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever had! I hope they will conform more to my feet as they are a bit wide in the heel, but I have a very narrow heel.

9.5 felt a bit tight, ordered a 10 and was much better

These are so cute, but I need orthotics and by the time I insert them, and then the shoe's insole my foot is too high and popping out of the shoe. It's possible it would work in a smaller or narrower size, but right now I walk right out of them and I think it's because of the height of the two insoles. Darn!

I really liked these shoes because they are extremely comfortable and are useful as a travel shoe when wearing skirts and dresses.

These are incredibly comfortable and actually pretty cute. Good support, forgiving of bunions, and a nice color (navy is slightly shiny in herringbone pattern). I wanted something I could wear with jeans or long dresses and these really fit the bill - of course they also go with khakis and shorts. They are so good I have ordered another pair in black.

My foot is wide but my heel is narrow and I bought this show after returning two others styles. The soft sides accommodate my wide foot and even a bunion on one foot. An especially nice feature are elastic gatherings on each side just forward of the heel. This allows for a proper heel fit. I would have liked a little more arch support but overall the shoe was excellent.

Super comfortable! Like the removable sole, very soft cushion. It is a bit tight across the top but I expect it will give with a little more wear.

I had purchased this exact shoe-style in another color in a local department store and loved it. I was elated to find it on Zappos.com in a color unavailable at the store. As usual my order arrived quickly, but to my dismay each shoe was a different size! I immediately went to the chat option on the Zappos website. The young man I was connected to confirmed the correct size from my previous order, placed the new order, and sent a return shipping label via e-mail in a matter of about five minutes! My shoes (both the right size!) arrived in just two business days! You guys simply rock!

I have arthritis and neuropathy in my feet and have been searching for a comfortable shoe. Also I am on my feet a lot at work. This shoe is what I was looking for. It is very light and feels like I'm walking on a pillow. The only negatives are there is minimal arch support and there is not enough room for my orthotics. I will be purchasing another pair in a different color!

This is the most comfortable travel shoe ever. I slip them on and walk all day-no breaking in! I have them in black and blue and work my clothing around them while traveling!

I love them. Have never worn a lighter weight shoe and the fit was perfect. So soft, day 1 I wore them for 12 hours, no ache and no hot spots. They are cute too, unlike the last 2 Clarks I got last fall that still look better on the shelf than on my feet!

Great shoe! Very comfortable. Ordered it in burgundy and liked it so much I ordered a second pair in brown. These look great with straight-leg pants and offer much more support and comfort that ballet flats.

Most comfortable shoe I have found for bunions and hammertoe problems. I wear a 12M, and the elastic at the heel holds the shoe snug. I have the purple/grey nubuck and the black sparkle fabric. Easy to dress up or down. Highly recommend these shoes.

These look even cuter in person. The color is really nice grayish plum. They are so comfortable for my bunion and metarsis. I usually wear an 8W but 7½B fit perfectly!

Tried this style in a department store. Size 6 was too large & no 5.5 available. Cherry red was my first choice. Chose this color instead with a hint of purple & am very pleased. I wear a thin liner sock. Very cute style & very comfortable.
