These are beautiful shoes, and comfortable too. My problem is that the top of the shoe cuts into my foot in a painful way. Afraid I'm sending them back.

Not as comfortable as I'd expect from a Clarkes and really ugly. Supposedly Nubuck but seems to be synthetic. I returned them.

The narrows aren't narrow enough. The sides gape when I walk and my heels slight out. I've tried insoles and heel pads, but nothing works. Back they go. They do feel comfy and have nice support. I have plantar fasciitis and was looking for something comfortable. Wish I could keep them.

Took the wide shoe out of the box, and laughed. It is a wide but was half the width of my foot. No chance in the world of it fitting me, but my foot is very wide. Cute shoe in person; can't comment on the padding because I couldn't get it on.

I was looking for a replacement for an Old Lands End black moc that I had worn for years. These looked cute and very similar in stature. I am normally a normal 7.5 med width gal but I knew just trying one of these on that they were narrow and felt too short. I didn't even bother trying the second one on before I boxed them up for return. If you order these, I suggest you order up a size or order a couple of sizes and keep the one that fits best. Clarks have very cute shoes but I've never had luck with them fitting my foot properly. They were cute though but I sadly returned them and shopped booties instead.

These felt super right out of the box...but after wearing them for a day my feet were 'stressed.' I ordered 9.5 N for my ordinarily 9 N feet. But my feet tended to squish around in them and my toes ended up being crowded. Will try wearing them with heavier socks next time.

I ordered these in a narrow width, however they didn't feel narrow at all. Plus my toes were touching the end and I had ordered my usual size.

Sillian Jetay has changed--the heel comes up much higher in the back. Asking for a blister!

I love the style of this shoe. I have problematic feet with bunions and these fit very well. However, they are not a walking shoe. There is no support. They don't hold on to the foot as I walk. This is probably because of the fabric of the upper shoe. I would love to see this made in leather with the same fit. As it is, I'm using them as slippers.

I wanted to love these shoes because I love Clark products. Unfortunately, they ended up not fitting well. I never take larger than a 9 and sometimes an 8-1/2. I ordered these in a size 9 and they felt OK in a trial run around my house. But my feet were wrecked after 1-1/2 days of walking around New York. They were too short. My big toe kept hitting the top and I got a blister from the back rubbing against my heel. I had to buy bandaids and eventually another pair of shoes during my stay.

These are cute, but around the edge is a ridge, and my feet just didn't like that feel--I think worn over a period of time, that ridge would "bite" your foot!

This shoe has a strange cut. Back of the heel is very high and rubs the skin above the heel. Shoe length is a little short. Had high hopes for a good walking shoe. Tried they for half a day and had to return them.

These were indeed very comfortable, but I didn't like the look of the elastic gathering near the heel--a little too bedroom slipper-y for me. So three cheers for Zappos return policy!

Package arrived crushed but the shoes were not damaged. I liked the shoes but when I walked in them my heels kept slipping out of the shoes. After walking around the apartment for a few minutes both my big toes started to hurt. Guess the toe box wasn't deep enough for my feet. I was really hoping to keep these but they're going back. Too bad, I thought they were cute.

Great arch support, the cushioning on the shoe is wonderful, but the top of the shoe was very tight. This shoe had best arch support of any of the many shoes I've tried recently, but was very uncomfortable on the top of the shoe. I expected more give in the shoe.

The cushioning seemed great. However, the toe of the shoe rubbed against my big toe. Also, the narrow width was not narrow enough. With no way to adjust the width (strap or similar) I had to return them.

I really wanted to like this shoe, however the 12 was too large and the 11 was too short. If you can find the correct fit, I believe this show would be comfortable, but not terribly stylish.

Mixed feelings. I love the look of this shoe and it's comfortable. But it's not leather. It's a synthetic material - in other words this is basically an over priced plastic slipper. There is virtually no arch support, even though the insole is soft and cushy. But it supports an orthotic very nicely. The shoe itself is remarkably flimsy, like a slipper. It starts to look worn out very quickly. The so-called nu-buck material is very thin. Nothing like the nice leather shoes Clarks used to make. There is a difference in first between different colors of the same style. I ordered both brown and the purple/grey color and they fit very differently. I wish they would do this style in leather and put an actual insole in it instead of the foam.

Good looking and comfortable shoe, however with many Clark shoes the heel area is too big. I ordered a N and my heel slips, have to return.

I loved the look of the shoe but one was too small and the next size was too large. I'll keep looking!

This shoe runs shorter than other Clarks 7.5.

I already have this shoe in a size 8 but it's a bit snug and I can only wear it for a little while. I like the style of the shoe so I ordered a size 8-1/2 but to my surprise while the right shoe is Ok the left is even tighter than my original size 8! I thought it was because of a problem with my foot but when I lined up the two different size shoes on the floor they measured the same. I am disappointed and will be returning the size 8-1/2 shoes tomorrow.

I wear a 9 wide, to be safe I ordered an 9 1/2 M and a 9 wide, since some of the reviews stated they ran small and wide, the 9 did not fit too short and the heel pinched. The 9 1/2 was also too short fit like the 9, the heel is narrow. I did like the look of the shoe and the inside was comfortable but had to return both, and I will not order a 10!

Very comfortable, however, the heel was so wide I had to return the shoes. Disappointed because they are a nice winter brown and super comfy.
