I REALLY want to love these shoes but I can't. They run short and so I had to take a full size up. Even with 2 heel pads they are loose. Socks take up the still extra room, but who wants to west socks when it's 90 degrees outside.

I've been looking for something with a wide toe box to help with Morton's neuroma plus a bunion and bunionette on that same foot. I ordered the wide, but they were too narrow at the end of the shoe.

If you have wide feet these are great! There's elastic around the heel so your heel stays in the shoe. My foot measures 7.5 wide. But I have always bought 8 or 8.5 wide to accommodate my wide feet AND bunions. I ordered both 8 and 8.5 this time and the 8 was too long! I will have to return them both and try a 7.5. Otherwise, it's a handsome shoe, relatively lightweight. Stylewise, it's good option for those of us who don't wear ballet flats or Mary Janes. Also the heel is slightly elevated which is good for me as I have recently recovered from plantar fasciitis.

I love the look and feel, but they did not fit me. I have a second toe that is longer on one foot, so they did not fit right, as well as a bone up on top of my foot. I gave them to another Sister and she loves them! They are worth the price, just did not fit me right.

Overall, I thought it was a good shoe, but the fit wasn't perfect for my problem feet (plantar fasciitis and heel spur, narrow heels on wide fit). The search continues for a great shoe with a great fit.

I first bought these in a size 8 and they were too long (ever since having kids, my shoe size fluctuates between 7.5 and 8 depending on the brand). Unfortunately the size 7.5 felt uncomfortable across the top of my foot; otherwise the comfort level was really good. They might have eventually stretched out, but I decided not to risk it. The insole is exceptionally comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to get Clarks Cloudsteppers in another style that isn't so high across the top of the foot.

l loved this shoe, great style, with black trim on one side at the top of a navy microfiber "body." Looked so great. Sadly, It fit like a 9-and-a-half and my toes hit the end of the shoe. There was a a dreamy comfortable inner sole. At the end of the day, I had to send them back. I am reordering another similar style, called Bliss, which might be more true to size.

ordered the 9, too big, very floppy off the heal. sending back and going to try the 8 1/2. very cute casual shoe, i think it will be great with jeans, shorts and summer skirts.

Very comfortable shoe. I would have gladly kept but the color of red is strange and didn't look good with any of the clothes I would have worn with it.

Almost like slippers! Love the fabric. Great casual shoe to slip on quickly when you are on the go. I have high insteps so the top is a little tight but still comfortable. There is not as much stretch as I was expecing.

This is a really nice, no frills shoe. I wanted something simple and comfortable and this is exactly what you get in the Sillian Jetay. The insert that comes with the shoe makes it feel like you're walking on marshmallows. Unfortunately, the insert was also a downfall for me. It takes up way too much space in the shoe and I felt like my feet were going to explode out of them. I did try a larger size, but they just didn't work. Luckily, the inserts are removable, so I kept the original size I ordered and took the inserts out and now use them in a different pair of shoes with room to spare. You do lose some arch support if you remove the insoles, but these shoes are still extremely comfortable without them. I have planter fasciitis and bunions and neither bother me when I wear these!!

Way too tight across the top of my foot. The bottom of my foot was well cushioned and I feel they would've been great had they bot been so narrow.

Very soft, comfortable shoe but my toes hit the front no matter what size I tried. I normally wear a 9 1/2 narrow but tried the 10 narrow as well and my toes still hit the front. Cute shoe - very disappointed!

These shoes feel like they would be very comfortable- unfortunately even the narrow is too wide for my feet. I would love to keep them but they won't stay on my feet. I recommend ordering a half size above your normal size as the foot box is unusually shallow.

Felt good -- cushy and comfy, but still stylish. Unfortunately ran small so I had to return.

I really like this shoe, but am exchanging it for a half size larger. Other than that I love this shoe! It is comfortable and doesn't feel like it will come off. Feels like I am wearing slippers!

Width and length were true to size. I have a fairly small foot, but because of bunion surgery, it is fairly wide. Any shoe that I wear must be VERY soft, with nothing on the inside of the shoe rough or irritating. I ordered Med and Wide, but the Medium fit better. However, just was not comfortable on my feet. The cushioning of this was very nice, but the heel rubbed - the top of the heel was hard, too bad it was not made if something softer or more forgiving at th top. The shoe had some elastic stretch, bit it was the top back of the heel that didn't work.

The cushioned insole felt wonderful, and I liked the style, color, etc. Only problem was the back of the shoe - the very top of the heel was not very soft and was uncomfortable on my foot. Otherwise I would have kept shoes.

This shoe is part of the Clarks Cloudstepper and is very comfortable. It's a cute style also. The heel slipped a little on my foot so I may try a 1/2 size smaller.

These are really cute shoes, lightweight and comfortable on the sole. I'd love to keep them but have narrow heels, even the 7 N slips off my heel.

These are going to win any style awards but they certainly are comfortable. I wear 10 and ended up getting these in a wide. It's like wearing slippers all day. I just wish they weren't so orthopedic looking.

Wow! As soon as I put these on I knew these would be my new go to "shopping" shoe. I feel like I'm walking on air. So comfortable. I will be purchasing these in additional colors as they become available in my size and width.

Shoes were great, but when ordered in wide width the heel was too big.

Lovely shoe, soft and fancy, but too tight in the upper foot instep. Would help a lot if the material in that area were elastic for sensitive arthritic feet like mine. Too bad I could not keep them!!!
